I wish that my car shopping journey had begun here, because I would have been spared from the typical anxiety and frustration that most dealerships and slick car salesmen bring to the car-buying experience. My AWESOME TOYOTA salesman was Kevin Willis. Kevin demonstrated the Toyota customer service philosophy when I arrived 2-hours before the dealership closed, and even though his shift had ended, Kevin stopped to ask if I needed help. I was sold on TOYOTA of LOUISVILLE before I had even selected my new car, because of Kevin's professionalism, honesty and thorough knowledge of TOYOTA products. My experience at Toyota of Louisville was refreshing, and vastly different than my experience at another Toyota Dealership. 2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

2013 Lexus CT 200h review
Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

2019 Lexus GS 350 review
I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.
