Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

I had an overall great experience with Perkins Motor Plex, I ended up purchasing my car from them! I never thought I’d ever purchase a vehicle online, but I don’t regret going through this process at all. The dealership has great staff with very good customer service. They immediately responded to my inquiry, provided a detailed video of the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions about it, from the delivery process through financing. They were honest, promised and delivered assistance in case something isn’t as expected upon delivery. I had a small cleanliness issue, but they took care of that immediately as promised. They have great customer service, Silas, Andre and Lexi are great people in general and they were great to work with, exactly what you would want from a dealership! I highly recommend purchasing through them, I would totally do it again!

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

While Darrell Waltrip Subaru has an amazing team some folks deserve special recognition. I purchased my Chevy Colorado from DW Subaru in 2022 and that experience was great. I found myself in need of a superior technician when other factory dealers were unable to diagnose a problem. Will Allen introduced me to Dustin. In less then five minutes Dustin identified the problem and I left feeling secure in his abilities. Sure enough he nailed it out of the park. Kudos to this young man and the entire team at Darrell Waltrip service department. You will always get a great recommendation from me.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

Randy is not only an outstanding person he really will go the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy. We flew in to look at a car and even though we did not end up buying the car came in on his personal day off to greet us and show us the car. He then personally drove us to the airport even after we did not buy. 100% recommend Randy and Dixie Motors.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Tehya was so helpful! I found my car through cars.com. When I got there she was ready to help. Nothing was forced, the conversations were easy. I ended up not going home with the car that day either. They weren’t pushy or blowing up my phone wanting me to come back. They gave me time to figure out my finances and lucky me my car was still available a couple days later. I put a hold on it and picked it up 2 days later. I’m so happy with my car, my mechanic says it’s in tip top shape too! I would definitely continue business with them in the future. I hesitated to write this but the dealer asked me to review them, so here goes. I went there to possibly trade my current car for a newer one. My wife drives a Mercedes, a car I love to drive, and I used to own one as well for my own personal car. The cars are high quality, very nicely appointed, and not as expensive as you might think. Bottom line, I like Mercedes vehicles. My sales person was Autumn and she is outstanding, making for maybe the best car buying experience ever for me. Josh, her sales manager is also very good. So we made a deal on a car I wanted and I then headed to the dreaded finance manager whose job is to get financing done at terms favorable to the dealer (not you) and pressure you into buying high priced/high profit margin things you don?t need or want like Extended Warranties, paint coatings, etc. First, the sales manager told me my interest rate was one number, then the finance manager raised it half a point, hoping I wouldn?t notice. Second, I was offered a two year extended warranty that started when the mfr warranty ends next year. It was a little expensive but getting three years of mfr warranty on a used car at a reasonable price sounded like a good idea. So, I bought the extra warranty, 2 yrs extra after mfr warranty ended?or so I thought. I later discovered the car included the one year remaining on the original warranty and one more year because it was a Certified Used Mercedes, basically getting 2 yrs included for free. What I was sold was ?one yr left on original warranty? and two extra years for $2000. What I really got was two years already included with the car, and one extra year at a high price?a total misrepresentation of the offered terms. I am over 70 yrs old and have bought many new and used cars over the years, and I know the Finance Manager position is almost always the one high pressure, sort of shady part of an otherwise high integrity auto sales operation. It?s no different here. But with that said, they do sell great cars and have top notch sales people. My advice when it comes to signing the contracts and finalizing the financing is to do those two things only with the finance manager, then get the heck out of there.

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Bayo was an excellent salesman! He was attentive, answering all questions patiently. He has followed up with me several times and set up an appointment with Lee to go over the amenities available in the car! I definitely would go back to Cool Springs Lexus again ;-)

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

It was a hassle-free experience. Everyone was super friendly! I was surprised and blown away by how many safety items were fixed before putting it for sale. That gave me Peace of mind that I was buying a vehicle that was going to be safe for my family and I to drive off in. I would definitely recommend buying from Lexus of cool springs Tennessee!

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.
