I purchased an immaculate used Audi from Bob who made the buying process as easy as possible. Low pressure but interested in making sure that the vehicle was right. Finance manager was very accommodating and had all my paper work ready in advance so that I spend only 30 minutes with him before completing the sale. Bob even delivered the vehicle to me as I could not go to pick it up. All around great buying experience as it should be.

When I started thinking of a new vehicle, the LX 570 was my 1st thought. I drove a Lincoln Navigator for a week to test, and loved it. I looked at the BMW X7, the Range Rover, Mercedes GLS 450, Infiniti QX80, and the Cadillac Escalade. I hadn’t driven an LX or Land Cruiser in many years. I had 99% decided on the Navigator, but decided to go test drive the LX570. While the LX570 is smaller than the Navigator... after I completed the test drive I knew the LX570 was the winner. Its not as fast or powerful (horsepower wise), but in Sport mode it moves quickly. I have had my LX570 for 2 months now... and I absolutely love it. I hope that in the next 3 years that Lexus will release the LX as a fully electric vehicle.

I decided what vehicle I wanted after my old one was totaled out. I located two in Lee's Summit. At Executive Automotive, I found a perfectly detailed model in excellent shape at a good price. Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

Kyle and his staff are true professionals. They went beyond expectations in how we were cared for in buying our car. Without hesitation, Kyle has also helped us with questions about other cars in my family, unrelated to those he was selling. His service orientation is exceptional! Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

Looking for a 3rd fun vehicle. Shopped for 3-4 mos before going to Exec Auto. Found just what I wanted: 01 Corvette conv with mid miles and good color. Little disappointed in trade-in value, but vette was just right. After purchase couldn't be happier with either the car or the dealer. Would highly recommend dealer and automobiles. Both are a step above any competitors. You won't be sorry.

The most solid car I have ever driven, Outstanding performance with more power than I expected. Once you own a Lexus, you will never buy another brand.

I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a Volkswagen. When I arrived they had the car defrosted and warmed up. While at the lot I spotted a Lexus and ended up looking into that car. I decided I wanted the car and Joe was very helpful and got the deal done. I was in and out and on the way back to Arkansas in about an hour from the time I decided this was the car I wanted. The dealership was very clean, service was top notch and very personable.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Bought my LX 470 with 185,000 miles on it. At 244,000 and am finally having issues with the AHC suspension. Updating to strutmasters coil overs and struts. Around $1500 including installation. Bought this car for a fraction of original sales price and have had no issues whatsoever. Rides like a dream, powerful, and unbelievably sure footed in the ice and snow. Never had a vehicle even close to this steady.
