The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!
