Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

I test drove several different SUV's and after I drove this I was sold. No other vehicle came close to the solid structure and ride of this vehicle. Now I know why it's a legend. It drives like a luxury car and is solid as a tank. They say that the Landcruiser is designed to last 25 years in third world countries and I believe it.

Mo stayed late so I could test drive a truck on my way home from work, which I really appreciated. After the test drive, we arranged to come pick up the truck two days later, and when we arrived all paperwork was ready to go. We were in and out in a very short amount of time. Purchase used with 48,000 miles. I now have 105,000 and it has not skipped a beat. I change the oil regularly ( do it myself) as the only downside to this engine is sludge. Change the oil regularly and you are looking at 300,000 with no problem whatsoever

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

The LX570 is extremely well designed and is a very attractive automobile. The LX has always provided me with comfortable, dependable, safe transportation. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

Sales experience not bad. We purchased the Car , one thing before leaving the Oil Change message was on but could not reset. They said Oil was changed but just needed reset, they couldn't reset it & just go down street to Jiffy Lube & they would reset. They couldn't reset it & said it was reading back door open but wasn't and it would need further attention. I got it home & took to local Ford Dealer. We also only had (1) Key to Car. This model needs to have car several hours to program chip into Computer. So they said also that Rear Door would also need a Switch, which would have to be ordered. And while it was in there they said the Water Pump was leaking. So at this point We are still waiting for the Parts to come in & Car is still in Garage.
