I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

This was by far the best experience I?ve had at a dealership! From the moment of arrival, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I had a great experience today selling my Mercedes CLS550 (no trade in)....it’s an incredible car but I never drive it. Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I had an overall great experience with Perkins Motor Plex, I ended up purchasing my car from them! I never thought I’d ever purchase a vehicle online, but I don’t regret going through this process at all. The dealership has great staff with very good customer service. They immediately responded to my inquiry, provided a detailed video of the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions about it, from the delivery process through financing. They were honest, promised and delivered assistance in case something isn’t as expected upon delivery. I had a small cleanliness issue, but they took care of that immediately as promised. They have great customer service, Silas, Andre and Lexi are great people in general and they were great to work with, exactly what you would want from a dealership! I highly recommend purchasing through them, I would totally do it again!

Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

Purchased 2024 new and have just 7k miles. Beautiful SUV, great exterior and interior. So comfortable to drive and gets up and goes. My only issue is for gas mileage does not appear to get as advertised. What service has told me is due to living in Kansas with many different temperatures, gas additives and needing to drive in ECO mode all the time. Other than this love this SUV

Third row seat is useless even for a toddler. I bought it used from Enterprise. All service up to date from Enterprise was from Lexus dealers. That's a great sales incentive. Good mileage for such a large vehicle but not up to EPA estimates. Most quiet vehicle I have ever owned and a great place to be on the interstate. Power is adequate. I expect and will get many years of service from this vehicle. The Toyota Hybrid system is the best available from any make and if you keep the hybrid air filter clean it will outlast the car.

Forgive the length of this review, but I feel it is important to share the incredible experience I had with Global Motorsports Belle Meade in detail. My father suffered some health issues in February, including a stroke, and in April while he was still in the hospital recovering my parents decided to go from a two car family to a one car family. My mother had a specific vehicle in mind she wanted and after some searching came across a Mercedes GLE at GMBM. It's worth noting my parents live in Memphis. I told them I would go and check out the vehicle. I called GMBM and spoke with Chance. After telling him what was going on he passed me on to the manger, Cush Conner. From the moment we spoke Cush made me feel like I was his only customer. Not once did Cush pressure us into buying the car. He listened to what it was we were looking for and wanted, answered all questions we had, and understanding all at hand with my parents and my father being in the hospital helped walked us through everything needed, and even handled things for us and immediately would confirm when something was done. When needing personal information for the purchase from my mother Cush did everything to make it a very easy process for her. I also would like to mention that after comparing their prices with that of similar vehicles across the country, GMBM was incredibly fair in their pricing! I will certainly return as a customer, and plan on recommending them to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!

Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

I purchase my car brand new. Considering the brands history and parts the car is reliable. I get about 300 miles on a fuel tank. The fuel mpg js reasonable for the size of the vehicle. The speed is a plus. I’m able to transport and carry cargo items. One disadvantage is the rear cargo area (smaller) because of the extra battery or engine. However, you can place the seats down to make the space. Transporting people at the full capacity (7) and luggage will not work. It’s quiet and the technology is superb. It’s very spacious in the inside and I’m excited. My local commutes have been well. I’ll have to see how it works on the road with the smaller fuel capacity but the pros outweigh because you get better gas mileage.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The V6 is more powerful vs the V8 in the LX 570, the apple car play eliminates the pour controls for stereo, and the new interior is excellent. Overall very happy with the new model, and love the appearance package, with black wheels. Combined with Lexus dealer service great product and service!
