I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

I have not purchased a car from Poquet (yet anyway), but I have to say the experiences I have had with them have always been tremendous. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales staff, and first-rate vehicles make this a "must shop" dealership.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. This is my second Lexus. I originally had an ES 350 which was a wonderful car. I am very happy with the Lexus RX It drives nicely, is roomy, spacious, comfortable, and is an excellent car to own

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

Lee (sales rep) & Ben (sales manager) were both amazing to work with. I was very uneasy about the whole car buying process & they worked with me to help me find just what I needed, nothing more. They were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell me. They went out of their way to ensure the car I bought was all fixed up (few minor things noticed while test driving). When it’s time to buy a new car, I’ll be back! Thanks again Lee & Ben for your service!! Edit to add - there ended up being a much larger issue with the vehicle, requiring a remanufactured engine be installed. I want to be clear, the issue I had that resulted in a new engine was in no way covered up by the dealership - it just happened to be the reality of the situation. I worked hand & hand w Dennis & Scott as my main contacts with the extended warranty company to get the entire repair taken care of. As a team, LexDan has gone above & beyond ensuring that my every need was taken care of. Because of how Dennis & team handled my situation - my review stays at 5 stars! Integrity goes a long way! This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Definitely, after the Lexus RX 350, you can only buy the new Lexus RX 350! There is no doubt about the choice. The car doesn't break down at all. It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. This is my number 1 choice. Only Lexus RX 350. It will never let you down! Verified.

What a great experience! We were able to speak with a salesperson right away. He took us on a pre-planned test drive with a variety of roads. After agreeing to purchase the car, it was only a short time to get all the paperwork in order. Our experience was seamless, and would definitely recommend. A positive side note is that building is new and just improves the experience.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Bought mine used with 135,00 miles on it. Best driving vehicle I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, and super stylish. Great power and wonderful options! Taken this on some long trips, and it performs better than I could ever imagine!

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!
