We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Previously owned a UX-250H. Great gas mileage, nice overall performance, but small. Rather than just go a step up to the NX line, we decided to go further up the line and get the new RX350 AWD. We’ve had the RX for 5 weeks and put about 700 miles on it, to date. I was concerned that the turbo 4 might be insufficient for such a large vehicle, but it does move quickly, if not with some ruckus. The interior is airy and bright (macadamia leather/bamboo trim on my RX) and the large infotainment screen is pretty easy to use. While it looks good in most colors, it really looks spectacular in Copper Crest—which is the hue we selected. Very happy with the purchase!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Natalie was awesome. Professional and friendly. Service and brake pads. Suggested only front brake pads were necessary. And tire rotation. Car was clean and ready early for pickup. Have been a customer for 20 plus years.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I came in for service and was greeted amazingly. Looks like they have a new team now but they?re all still so kind and honest. I came in for a major service and it was going to take about 2 hours, thankfully my advisor offered me an uber ride home. That was super kind him! I had just starting looking into the possibility of purchasing a vehicle to replace what I currently was driving when I found one that caught my eyes on CarGurus that was located here, so I decided to stop by literally minutes before they were getting ready to close. Ended up speaking with Jovany, who was as straight forward as you would hope for, letting me know what they had available that fit the price I was looking around out the door, as I was going to purchase the vehicle out-right. Being a salesman, he threw in financing a few times, to which I denied and Jovany understood, wasn't pushy as I've experienced in the past. Went back the next day, ended up finding the exact vehicle I was looking for after looking at a few, and Jovany went out of his way to get the out the door price for the options, and answered all questions that I had in regards to completing the purchase. He actually listened to what was needed and didn't try to push anything that I had stated I wasn't interested in, so major props for that. I don't recall who I worked with as far as the finance department was, and she also was amazing when it came to understanding that I was looking to purchase straight out, and didn't overly try to push any extras on me, while being honest that since the vehicle was a CPO, I was already pretty well protected. Part of me does wish I would've gotten the extra she had offered, but, it is what it is. Service department also did a great job in getting the car ready for delivery, along with Jovany going out of his way to make sure he was at the dealership when I went back to pick-up the vehicle the next day. Just great service, great prices and great people. Will definitely stop by here in a couple years to get my next vehicle and hopefully the same staff is still around.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!
