I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from Mac Haik Georgetown and had a great experience. David Soto was incredibly helpful and never pressured me. The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

1/23/2026 - The outstanding excellence of the service (advisors, technicians, call center, complimentary services) is getting very impressive each time I visit (since 2023 when I became a customer here). Overall, great professionalism, transparency in keeping me informed, high knowledge, perfect quality service each time, friendliness, extra care, promptitude. A bit long review, but it shows consistency of great service over time - a headline conclusion is also at the end of my review (with recent names). Example is the excellent service of advisor Eduardo M, listening patiently & friendly my requests, then throughly, promptly, positively following-up, explaining very knowledgeably, caring & patiently each detail I required, even staying considerable after hours, therefore going the extra mile to provide me the understanding & peace of mind. The techician, Roman, did a very prompt, fast & thorough job while very well documenting the checks efficiently on the video. I had also past amazing response beyond words from an older service team (Fred, Chad and Luis) on a very difficult to find, unusual issue that happened on my 2018 CRV - new battery drain overnight. First, the advisor Fred brought to my place right away (at a late hour Good Friday) a brand new Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport loaner (leather seats, 400 mi). The mentioned team carefully checked separately each circuit, updated the software and kept the car several days under observation. The breakthru finding is very important, it was not the battery but a CHIP defect in the keyless entry control unit (all repairs were at low cost). I wish the repair took longer :), that Hybrid loaner was amazing. I was being kept informed all this time, then I was shown on site how they worked. ... On another past problem requiring engine cleaning, Chad and Fred took from their personal time to help (they just had signed out when I arrived) and Chad had spent the next 3 hours of his own time to thoroughly supervised and informed me, knowing of my urgency to get it fixed right away...and well done!!! The Customer Service call center, always promptly and friendly answering the calls - Ms Randi going the "extra mile" to follow up after working hours on my service booking request, very positively, friendly and patiently listening to my complex description and promply provided the solution; also to mention Ms Kenya that showed extra care, understanding and immediate follow up, or Zoe who also is very positive, friendly and caring each time. The car loaner dept is showing similar great positive and friendly service. Great fast, prompt, caring, thorough check out service by service advisor Antonio U. Never to ignore the warm & welcoming "Starbucks-style" complimentary beverages & snacks service while waiting for the car to be ready, with the very friendly, positive, caring baristas Kara and Tiffany helping & brightening the atmosphere. The first tires inspection at check-in where tire inspector Tricia B goes professionally & thoroughly to check and friendly to explain the findings, together with the inspection video by the technician (Roman) and specially with the exceptional service by the advisor (Eduardo M), all ensure the extra peace of mind, knowing that all was being very transparently communicated and well taken care of. I strongly RECOMMEND this place!"

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Isaac Reyes was very responsive with price quote. The price quote has no "hidden fees" like dealer fee, protection package, theft protection, warranty, cleaning fee, etc.! Only $225 doc fee and usual tax+title+registration+inspection fees. This dealer does not negotiate which is a good thing. Their prices were one of the lowest around me. Isaac was prompt to notify us when the vehicle we were interested was sold (while we were waiting for the other quotes)

I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It’s like driving in your own little bubble—super peaceful, and perfect if you’re not into the constant road noise. On top of that, the ride is crazy smooth. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

This car checks off all of the boxes for me when it comes to luxury and comfort. This car is my second Lexus RX hybrid and it will be hard to get me to buy a different one.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I love this car and the limited edition red leather seats are so cool and fun. The seats are comfortable, as well. Passengers are happy with the ride.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!
