2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!
