My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

Overall good experience, no pressure and very accommodating. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely buy from this dealership in the future again.

Our 3rd Lexus. 2000ES 300, RX350, RX350AWD These cars are bulletproof. Only maintenance is oil change, tires, brakes. That’s it! You can get it maintained for less at any Toyota dealer.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I was greeted with a warm welcome from a gentleman named John. He knows his stuff and took the time to work with me. I knew what I was looking and he looked up the car and brought it out. This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

Excellent dealership with great people working there. I would like to give a special mention to Bryan Olivares. Bryan is a great guy, I was going to make my way to the dealership to get my new car but had no way of getting there other than waiting in prime time for a taxi. He called me and said he would come and pick me up, no problem. That's what I call great customer service and looking after your customers, as he did not have to do that. He also sorted out the registration and the licensing for me on the car. I appreciate that and the service I received. very clean inviting place. The manager lady greeted us when we arrived, we were attended immediately by a very polite young salesman. Only disappointing thing was that we were given a written % rate and when we finished the deal the person that does all the finishing paper work, I believe the finance manager, had a higher interest rate, I was upset about that but I really wanted to get the vehicle, as a birthday present and did not want to do it all over because my credit score was already pulled and I wanted to give the surprise to my wife.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

The service and quality of work that all the employees from Audi south orlando gives is outstanding, they greet you when you pull up and ask how they can assist. I had an oil change on 12-11-25 @0730 i arrived on time and they waisted no time my car was done and washed in 30 minutes. I have not had quality service like this, the manager over the service department pushes his guys to a standard that all dealerships and small businesses need to emphasize dont keep people waiting all day for something small and keep them updated. This is one reason I have purchased 3 audi's from this dealership and they will always keep me as a customer and I will surely get them more customers.
