I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I worked with Henry and Jack who were both outstanding in making this transaction as painless as possible. I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

We were in the market for a new Lincoln Aviator. Wickstrom is always our first stop using the Costco Auto Program. We were referred to Michael Kajdanowski. He was wonderful to work with. He knows the products like the back of his hand, and took his time to show and explain all the features in this technology-packed vehicle. He guided us through a very useful test drive, which sealed our interest in the Aviator We live nearby, and expressed some concern about how the vehicle would fit in our garage. He allowed us to take the vehicle home to check that out. He helped us narrow down the feature and color options to identify exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase, and will certainly look for Michael again when we are in the market for a Lincoln Corsair next summer!
