Purchased a used truck several weeks back and found several issues with my truck. My salesman Benjamin Ainsa went to bat for me and with Mr Singh helping out the issue was resolved. I was looking for a 3500 diallly diesel. I found one a long way away for the price I wanted to pay. Syversons did not have one on their website. I called Matt Dugsted and within an hour he had located one. He got the truck there and ready for me the next morning. Also matched the price I found. Second vehicle I have bought from Matt.

Jason, our salesman showed up early for our appointment. He never left our side until we left the automall. He was very knowledgable. We felt like he was our friend even though we had never met. I have always held the belief of not trusting salesmen but because of my experience I no longer feel that way

We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! I found it difficult to make an appointment on the phone. Many calls no answer! I made the appointment in person at the service desk with Alyssa in the afternoon, that went well. Later that afternoon and evening I got text messages asking if I wanted valet service which I agreed to. The next morning when I had my appointment, I didn?t hear from the valet and called Courtesy Ford to find out the text messages came from AI ( Daisy) and had not been scheduled with the service department. That was a bit troublesome having to make a later appointment with valet and the service department. Once that was done everything went well. The valet people kept me well informed as to their arrivals and was much appreciated .

We were super happy with the experience we had at Richmond Ford, in purchasing our new 2024 Expedition.

Representatives were helpful and cordial but the process which was pretty much completed by the time I went to pick up the vehicle took two additional hours. That is not acceptable!

J Burnette was my go to guy .Knows his stuff and is very cordial. The estimate was fairly priced and to my surprise the final cost was even less than the estimate. Pinch me . I purchased my vehicle through Sill-Terhar Lincoln - Broomfield CO and had an amazing experience working with Anthony and Kelly. I found a 2023 Ford Maverick online at Grapevine Ford. I called and talked to Caden.I asked him to take a video and identify any marks on the vehicle. He did as I requested and informed me the vehicle was spotless. We negotiated the price over the phone. We drove 260 miles to pick up the vehicle. It was as described and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Grapevine Ford and ask for Caden.

I buy a new car in cash every 10 years or so. My previous vehicle, Acura MDX was still in good shape and I had a very good experience with it. My inclination was to trade it in for a newer model of the same car. However, I researched similar vehicles and came across the Lincoln Aviator and decided to test drive to compare to the car I was trading in and hoping to buy. Besides the Aviator being a luxurious car with bells and whistles I didn't know I needed, the sales team was helpful, not pushy, and made an excellent offer up front - knowing that I was going to visit the other dealership immediately following. The other dealership low-balled the offer on the trade in (even though I let them know what Lincoln was offering) and wanted me to have to finance to meet Lincoln's offer. Needless to say, I immediately returned to McDavid and accepted their offer on a much better car. Winnie Belfer was fantastic in helping with finding my car, explaining all the features, and post-sales support. I had an excellent experience at this dealership and would highly recommend.
