Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

Smooth purchase transaction. Saw the car I was looking for and purchased it with the help of a very pleasant knowledgeable young salesman. All done within hours.

I'm 6'1" - I would like a bit more space in front Brakes don't sound right; dealership said they are fine, but make a noise when braking (at times)

Wonderful vehicle. Have had MKCs, MKXs, and MKZs in the past and the Corsair compares very favorably with these other vehicles. Have about a year and absolutely no problems at all. Very comfortable, great performance and certainly gorgeous styling inside and out. Love it.

Comfortable seats, quiet cabin, and above average passenger and cargo space in its class. Although it's not intended to be a "sporty" car, it actually has better than expected performance on the road as it's very smooth, responsive and agile.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

After leasing an MKC, and MKX, we have been truly pleased with the Lincoln products. We wanted an updated look that resembled the Navigator and Aviator and the Corsair achieves that look perfectly. With the reserve model, we are Very pleased with the reliability, handling and classy interior and exterior of the Corsair. The sleek panoramic roofline gives it an extra touch of class that has earned many compliments from onlookers who are the not familiar with the Lincoln lineup. Truly pleased with our local dealer and the service that Lincoln provides to clients. It is quick, nimble and easy to maneuver in, in and out of stop and go traffic. What else can I say, other than planing to be loyal to to the Lincoln lineup. Truly pleased with this American made product!

It was time to move on from our 2002 Oldsmobile after 20 years. It’s been that long since I’ve been to a car dealership or even test drove a newer vehicle so I had little a trepidation about purchasing a new vehicle. I did my research and decided that I wanted a 2024 Hyundai Tuscan hybrid. I cannot express how painless the process was- no pressure. Dakota, our salesperson, is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and perceptive. The service staff is professional and approachable. Financing was smooth and efficient. The inventory is impressive but if Boucher doesn’t have what you’re looking for I’m sure they can find it. We both are very happy.

Purchased my Corsair Reserve new. I have been very pleased with my purchase as the Corsair has served me very well. I would recommend the 2020 year as it has more features at a reasonable price. Every year after 2020 saw price increases and less features available.

I went in knowing my current vehicle was on it's last leg. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted to look at and my price range. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Nick Pfeffer. He offered me something to drink and started asking me questions to gauge what I was looking for. After I told him I was looking for a reliable SUV with good mileage and good fuel economy he asked what I would like my monthly payment to be around. After this he got a few vehicles for me to look at and we went for a few test drives. The entire time Nick was super knowledgeable about the cars we were driving. Features, safety, and etc. Once I made my decision from the three he worked with finance and helped me get signed up for car insurance. When finance was done I met with Tony, one of the finance managers, to wrap up the purchase. It was quick and easy! Numbers fit what I wanted, length of agreement was what I wanted. I never felt pressured the whole time I was there and they listened to what I wanted as a customer. Both told stories from their life during 'dead time' and asked me asked me questions about what I would use vehicle for and who would ride in it. I haven't bought a new car in 8 years so this experience was so great for my first time back. Once finance was done we got the temp plate and they took the car to detail for one more quick clean and got the plate taped up and helped me set up all the technology portions of my new car before I left. I have never had a better experience in sales than I did today. Nick and Tony really made the experience fulfilling. If I need to ever get another car I will be back here for my first option. This vehicle is very comfortable. It's amazing the power that comes out of that small 4 cyl engine with the twin turbo. Very well thought out and has all the creature comforts.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned).
