Used 2015 Lincoln MKC for sale near Swanton, OH

I purchased a 2024 Tucson and had a bit of a glitch concerning the salesperson. She didn’t follow through on an issue… I contacted Lowell Lackey who is one of the assistant managers and wow!!! He is the epitome of how people in managerial roles should conduct business!! I was beyond impressed with the way he attended to my concerns and did so immediately. I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. I am so happy, that they always go above and beyond to service my car. I recommend if you’re in the market for a car, start at Rosens and for all your service needs call Patty. Thank you!!! This car has met all my needs has a great ride and it picks up quickly especially when passing which is my fear when I am in a 2 lane highway and a car might hit me head on if I do not pass quickly.

The perfect luxury suv. Rides good and has excellent pickup. The inside leather interior & panoramic sunroof makes just adds to it. Good suspension and smooth ride.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
