I was slightly let down because they offered me more for my car and offered to sell their car for less than I was going to ask. How was I supposed to negotiate?? After leaving the lot, I noticed a problem with the (used) vehicle and manager offered to assist me with no hesitation. I would call this 45 minute drive well worth it!

I have NO complaints regarding this vehicle so far. I used to be a GMC or Chevrolet person but I think this experience with the dealership and thus far with the vehicle has converted me. The ONLY complaint regarding this vehicle so far is that the sunglass holder seems a bit cheap for a car of this caliber/class. Otherwise, like I said, so far so good.

The car handles and rides like a luxury car should. The 3.5 L EcoBoost engine is very responsive and powerful. The cargo space with the 3rd seat folded down is voluminous. The MKT suits our needs perfectly.

Performs extremely well , very comfortable, great value for cost, third row seating is very low head room only downside. Many standard luxuries, underestimated for performance.

I did not end up purchasing a car with this dealership however I did not because of the honesty of the dealership. The dealer fully disclosed prior damage the vehicle had and the repairs. It was my decision to not purchase because of the damage.

This is a wonderful vehicle because it can seat 7-8 people comfortably. We have 9 grandchildren and can get 7 and my wife and I in the SUV. It has a wonderful ride and with the panoramic roof and DVD system the grands absolutely love it. So much room for a sedan-like vehicle.
