We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! I didn't want to pay $100K for a Navigator so I bought the MKT Reserve. It's been an awesome car. No issues with anything except: so much is made of plastic. For example they brag about the imported leather...but under it on the seats are cheap plastic components. Lincoln should go the extra mile and leave off the plastic and make things a bit more solid.

Rides nice, is roomy and has a great look. I've only had it for a week but I like the openness of an SUV but it still has the get up and go of a sedan. I also got the CPO warranty from Lincoln along with the purchase.

Have had Ford Flex Limited and Taurus SHO s in the past and didn't know about the MKT till I found a used 19 on a Lincoln dealers lot in March. I bought it on the spot in one trip . It's a fully loaded Twin turbo reserve with all options. The 3.5 Twin turbo makes this grandpa's station wagon a sleeper bomb just like the 67 427 Chevy Biscayne wagon I had in my youth. Back then I couldn't even shoehorn air conditioning under the hood while the MKT has so many options it might even make me breakfast when I finish reading the owners manual. And I have not seen another one on the road since March so it's like a custom car. This car does it all with luxury and class. If you love cars like I do, than this is the one.

I have NO complaints regarding this vehicle so far. I used to be a GMC or Chevrolet person but I think this experience with the dealership and thus far with the vehicle has converted me. The ONLY complaint regarding this vehicle so far is that the sunglass holder seems a bit cheap for a car of this caliber/class. Otherwise, like I said, so far so good.
