I didn't want to pay $100K for a Navigator so I bought the MKT Reserve. It's been an awesome car. No issues with anything except: so much is made of plastic. For example they brag about the imported leather...but under it on the seats are cheap plastic components. Lincoln should go the extra mile and leave off the plastic and make things a bit more solid.

EXCEPTIONAL Customer service!! I explained my concerns, they understood what I was saying and fixed everything! even what I had not mentioned. AND they only had I car for 1 day! Previously took to another dealer who had my car for 5 days and did what?? not sure cause still had issues when I drove off their lot. I will be back even if I have to drive 20 miles their level of great service is worth it! I have recommended Orange Buick to friends.

I have NO complaints regarding this vehicle so far. I used to be a GMC or Chevrolet person but I think this experience with the dealership and thus far with the vehicle has converted me. The ONLY complaint regarding this vehicle so far is that the sunglass holder seems a bit cheap for a car of this caliber/class. Otherwise, like I said, so far so good.

Its design is elegant and functional for a business person who has to pick up a business partner from airport or lumber up my gravel drive to the farm. Well done Lincoln you hit a home run for me whose previous car is 49 1/2 years old with 500,000+ miles (my first car, Toyota FJ-40 which I still have). I was feeling guilty that I was starving dealerships so I bought the Lincoln MKT.

Very accommodating to out-of-town buyers, except pay-in-full is required to hold a vehicle. Need more flexibility on this, like allowing sizable deposit with time limits

Have had Ford Flex Limited and Taurus SHO s in the past and didn't know about the MKT till I found a used 19 on a Lincoln dealers lot in March. I bought it on the spot in one trip . It's a fully loaded Twin turbo reserve with all options. The 3.5 Twin turbo makes this grandpa's station wagon a sleeper bomb just like the 67 427 Chevy Biscayne wagon I had in my youth. Back then I couldn't even shoehorn air conditioning under the hood while the MKT has so many options it might even make me breakfast when I finish reading the owners manual. And I have not seen another one on the road since March so it's like a custom car. This car does it all with luxury and class. If you love cars like I do, than this is the one.

He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. Performs extremely well , very comfortable, great value for cost, third row seating is very low head room only downside. Many standard luxuries, underestimated for performance.

Many thanks to CARS.COM, I found my MKT from here! Last December, I started looking for a car which is big, reliable enough and also very comfortable to drive. After doing my homework, I finally focused on Lincoln MKT, and got one from dealership closed to Erie PA. So far, I love this car. Full of power, auto/manual trans, built-in map, carplay feature, A/C seats and steering wheel, etc. All is for your convenience! If I have to point out kind of drawback, I think it is the outlook of MKT has not been updated for a loooong time :) But it does not matter to me since what I care is the engine, trans, facilities and driving!

I purchased this car for my business. I carry clients and wanted the extra leg room in the back. The a/c, sound system are great. I can drive 500 miles and stay very comfortable in the drivers seat. Since it has various positions and lumbar support.

I bought my 2013 MKT in 2013 as a dealer demo with 23000 miles on it. it now has 127,000 miles and it still looks and drives great. my moms neighbor thought it was a new car last week. i normally trade after 2 years, but i love this car and want to keep it.

This car is perfect for comfortable drives with up to 6 people. Use it to go golfing, guests out to dinner, etc. Great for traveling to the airport too.
