I’ve had 2 MKZ’s 2012 & 2016 Both incredibly reliable, unbelievably maintenance free! My 2016 is a hybrid and I get 40mpg! Get one if you can

The serviceman was very polite. He introduced himself.. we talked about what service I needed for that day. Afterwards, I waited in the waiting lounge and like everything else went automatically he also asked was there anything else that I needed done to the vehicle?

We bought this used car in 2020 with 23K miles. We now have 47K with absolutely no problems. Great ride. 35 to 45 MPG depending on how I drive. It has plenty of power for the 80 mph freeways. I take it out of "ECO" drive for faster excelleration (IE merging). Great sound system. Plenty of trunk space. I would buy another.

Before purchasing my 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, I was blissfully nieve. I had thought hybrid cars were sloth quick. I had also mistakenly thought that Lincolns were for Old Geezers. . .WRONG ! ! ! Lincoln redesigned their fleet and their MKZ had become their force to be reckoned with. Sexy styling, quick throttle response, luxurious interior styling, with a perfect meshing of every conceivable creature comfort/option. Having enjoyed 40+ mpg with my Hydrid, I became a believer. If anyone is searching for a a car that will surely alter their perspectives in a most pleasant way, do yourself a huge solid, and check out the 2015 LINCOLN MKZ HYBRID (FWD) ! ! Don't buy a hybrid with a 2 liter engine if you want speed off the line. That being said, I really like my 2017 sedan. I bought it toward the end of 2020 with mileage of less than 30K, and I'm still happy with my purchase, having driven 45K plus in the past three years. I never considered a Lincoln, much less a hybrid, until my husband told me how much he liked Lincolns as business rental cars. He was not disappointed with the MKZ. I miss having a moon roof, but other luxury features are not lacking -- for the rear passengers, the usb ports, the venting, and the roominess are all positives. The surprising amenity in the front is the forward center console. It has two open compartments, accessible from either seat, no digging under the armrest for maps, tissues, gum, etc. There are lighted cup holders and more ports for docking electronics, all of which have covers to give a sleek appearance. The door pockets are also well-designed, with cup holders there as well. There are enough different displays available to satisfy preferences for what a driver considers useful when driving. I like to monitor fuel economy, and there are two or three that include that feature. The idiot icons are not intrusive, but they can be insistent. Interior placement of the hood, trunk, and fuel door releases are not intuitive, but I did eventually become accustomed. Seat memory was always difficult. I needed the tutorial every single time I had to reset it. I love the exterior column-mounted keypad for unlocking/locking at the fueling station when I leave my purse inside the car for security. The LIncoln logo after dark when you approach the car is a nice touch. The trunk, which seems to be a drawback for some, is not so for me. It has lots of space, although the configuration may be daunting to those who travel with large pullman cases. It's rather like playing Tetris, and a pullman case will fit if positioned properly, but leave the second behind, and go with duffels and smaller cases and/or garment bags. It's ideal for city travel and highway travel. I drive both, and my mileage is 41+ on average. I've taken it to Colorado, Minnesota, and Maine, but I'm otherwise a flatlander. That might account for the stellar number. I have seen it as high as 50 under the right conditions! And yes, I know the cost of replacing the hybrid battery is pricey, but I consider it a known expense that will increase the useful life of my Lincoln. I have replaced tires, the 12-volt battery, and I've had only routine maintenance. I've had no problems or issues with it. It's been completely reliable, and my dealership service has been exemplary. I'd be very happy to drive it indefinitely. I consider the hybrid the best of both worlds--gas and electric.

This is my second certified pre-owned Lincoln MKZ hybrid. I still have the first one, 2012 with 115,000 miles. Not one repair. The only costs associated with this vehicle have been routine maintenance and one set of tiresNo breakdowns no mechanical defects excellent fit and finish I could not be happier with these Lincoln hybrids. I feel they are the best value on the US automobile market today.

Thanks to Covid haven't done much driving with it but when I do I enjoy it.Not as much power as our Fusion Titanium had but the ride is so much nicer and the gas mileage is awesome too.

In Nov 2022, I leased a vehicle from Wickstrom and then my lease was coming due so I went back to Wickstrom CJDR to browse for my next car in Nov of 2025. I have been to different Jeep dealers in the past and by far, this has been the best CJDR dealer that I have ever worked with. The experience I had in Nov 2022 was excellent so I knew this time, would be just as great and I was right. Eric Jensen helped me both in Nov 2022 and Nov 2025. He was patient with me test driving different cars to make sure I narrowed down my selection. When I narrowed my two vehicles that I wanted to know the pricing/payments, they presented a side by side purchase and lease payments. This was very helpful to make a decision. From that point of choosing which car and payment I wanted, it took maybe an hour to sign all the paperwork and meet with the Finance Manager, David Didier. He made the finance piece easy and quick. The dealership is easy to work with and very helpful. I also go there to get my vehicles serviced even though it’s 25+ miles from my house due to the great service team and facility. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a new/used car, reach out Eric Jensen at Wickstrom. After about a month, I noticed that my prior lease account wasn’t closed. Contacted that lease company and was told they have not received the payment. I emailed Eric and found out there was a minor mishap that they quickly took care of. Then I called the prior lease company and then I received a run around with why I was charged a fee and was told there would be additional fee. I reached out again to Eric and he escalated this to Denise. She reached out and talked about the issue. She spoke with the prior lease company and received one answer while I also reached out and got another. She worked with me and we had a few conference calls with the old lease company and finally was able to get answers. Denise took action and was able to get everything squared away and was awesome to work with. They take care of their customers and have always exceeded my expectations. Thank you Eric, David and Denise for you help through this entire process.

Economical luxury sedan. Good looking, classic grille. Handles great for sedan, corners well, controlled ride that isn’t typical luxury barge floating, solid and reliable hybrid power train. Best comprise that isn’t a plug-in, all electric, boxy SUV, nor truck height.

I have my MKZ hybrid for over a year. The car has been reliable and great on gas (avg 42mpg). It has all the features I want (panoramic sunroof, LED headlights, etc.) Performance is probably the weakness, but I am not drag racing or craving corners around town in my daily driver.

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

This car is amazing-the driver assist technology is very nice. The gas miles per gallon (37-38mpg) is true for driving around town. Interior is comfortable and both exterior/interior are very stylish!

Great car, problem is I bought it from a bunch of con men. Bought a brand new car, but it had been damaged and they hid the damage. They fixed it on the cheap so they didn't have to file a car fax report. Only when I found out about it did they attempt to do the repair correctly. I think I need a lawyer.

The dealership was great, but the price listed on Cars.com was understated by over $3,000.

This will be my third MKZ, but first hybrid. In the past I drove the 4 cylinder turbocharged engine and was pleased with it. I feel the MKZ is a great value for the money.

This is a terrific vehicle for those that appreciate a car that will work for almost all needs. It is economical, comfortable, spacious. Decent handling and performance. Lincoln Concierge and Lincoln Dealer Service Is first rate.

Driving carefully, I can obtain 45 mpg easily, but even better under some circumstances. This MKZ is quieter and smoother than the 2013 MKZ I previously owned. Great ride, great fun, and excellent fuel mileage.
