Car shopping has always been one of those stressful experiences. Along with dealing salesman who tries to sale you anything with wheels. Well I lucked out and finally dealt with someone respectful and wasn’t over bearing. Chris Krason Very helpful throughout the process. He even allowed us to take the car to our mechanic. Needless to say, we purchased Our daughter, her first car. And when if I’m in the market again for another vehicle, I will definitely Chris again.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

Our salesperson, Robert was the best. We never felt more taken care of; Robert has great customer skills. As a former customer service worker I look for this. We found the car online, Called LL and Robert showed us the vehicle that afternoon. We loved it! The process was smooth and easy. We had to find a PNC bank in the area and he helped us find one. We went to a Honda dealership to get a key made as the car we bought was not a Lincoln. The customer service there was atrocious and I never ever want to go there again. I knew I had to write a review for Robert at LL as I want great customer service rewarded. Thanks again for a good experience.

Rep was great, no hard sale, spent time with me, looking at various options. Manager was also easy to work with and make my deal happen. Made extra effort to make deal happen and drive car out that night (stayed an hour after closing!). Found a spot later on car, without hesitation, took it to shop and buffed out, they could have easily not done this. Great experience!

This was the first time I purchased a used car from a dealer. I saw it on cars.com and called to see if it was available. Bill (William Saccucci - the owner) spoke with me himself and said he had it in stock. He sounded decent and dependable (said "this is a family business"), unlike the many dealers I had called before (some of whom were downright insulting). I got there as fast as I could. I was surprised by the appearance of the place when I got there. It looked like an office / plant more than a dealership. Luckily the signage made it clear I was at the right place. It looked neat on the inside.The walls were covered with generations of happy customers. In business since the 1980s, Bill has sold cars to people who have returned to buy again, and sent their kids and grand kids to him. I was still on guard, because this all seemed too good to be true. In an industry filled with shady practices and people, it was hard to believe such a dealer existed. Then Bill came out to greet me and show me the car himself. Every word that came out of his mouth, convinced me more and more than this was not a sham. Indeed, it is not. I cannot overstate Bill's wisdom on buying and selling used cars. He told me his goal is to save his customer the difference between the cost of a new car vs. a used car (the reason most people buy used). However, he said he must do this with integrity or not at all. That's the crucial difference: you save money without being screwed. He's been doing this for 30 years, but he is has been doing it very intelligently for 30 years. He knows how to get a truly good deal, which he then passes on to you. This is why his customers are so loyal. I am glad I bought my car from him and will definitely return again and again. P.S. He can find a car that you want, if he doesn't have it in stock.

I only visit this dealership because Carlos is working in the service center. He is always great. He takes care of my vehicle quickly and I can always trust that my vehicle is fixed right.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. We were in the market for a new Lincoln Aviator. Wickstrom is always our first stop using the Costco Auto Program. We were referred to Michael Kajdanowski. He was wonderful to work with. He knows the products like the back of his hand, and took his time to show and explain all the features in this technology-packed vehicle. He guided us through a very useful test drive, which sealed our interest in the Aviator We live nearby, and expressed some concern about how the vehicle would fit in our garage. He allowed us to take the vehicle home to check that out. He helped us narrow down the feature and color options to identify exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase, and will certainly look for Michael again when we are in the market for a Lincoln Corsair next summer!
