I had an outstanding experience with Jacky Jones Ford. I brought my son’s truck in for a couple of issues that were covered under warranty, and the service team took great care of us. What truly set them apart, though, was that they proactively identified and repaired two additional issues that I wasn’t even aware of—also completely under warranty. There was no incentive for them to point these out other than doing the right thing and providing exceptional customer service. That level of honesty and thoroughness is rare, and honestly not what you expect to find in a dealership. Jacky Jones Ford went above and beyond, and I really appreciate their professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts customers first.

I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

Once I got in touch with the salesperson, & more explicitly communicated my situation, things got better. They've had no prior experience w/ email checks from out of state Credit Unions. They're still getting their head around it & learning about it. Hopefully they'll resolve it by next week.
