My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Our daughter had been wanting a specific Tundra with specific items for a very long time. She saw one online so her dad and I went to look. We knew immediately it had her name all over it. I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

The best ride ever. Had an X3that got totaled and the Nautilus was our choice. Glad we did. It is the front wheel drive 4 cyl and we couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait for the next road trip!

So far I am happy with my Nautilus. I love the new technology available in the new SUV. I had owned a MKX for 14 years and never had any problems other than routine maintenance. I’m sure the new Nautilus will also be as reliable. I will always drive a Lincoln!!!

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

We love driving and riding in our 2019 Nautilus and don’t want to get another car for long time! We have had no issues with it at all and we love the concierge service.

Although a few technical issues existed with the computer systems on today, we must keep in mind the fact that sometimes technology will have its hiccups, and as customers that is beyond our control, but for Chris Marrero, despite the inconveniences such hiccups may have caused, he continued to push through with a smile on his face as he assisted me by continuing to provide great customer service. In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service. Today was the day to pick up my car! A week ago, after just a day of discussions, Sammy and Aaron made what had been a terrible mistake I had made a couple of months ago into a WONDERFUL sales experience! And THIS during a pandemic when I was having to try and correct my mistake while sheltering in place at home. You see, I have always driven foreign vehicles and SUV's since 1999. And there have been a lot of them, just never an American car, except for my play Jeep. But, our family needed a larger vehicle and we had decided on a Navigator. In January, we went large and purchased a Navigator. Unfortunately, we didn't go large ENOUGH... We needed a Navigator L to accomplish our needs. You can imagine the pain of this realization given the depreciation that takes place the moment you drive a car off the lot. AND I didn't figure it out for over a month. Well, I had spent almost 2 weeks negotiating with the dealer I had purchased my previous vehicle from as well as EVERY OTHER Lincoln dealer in the Metro-ATL area...All not willing to help me with my problem and at the end of the day leaving me to feel as I was going to have to live with my mistake. Then Sammy called ME! And within one day we had worked out a deal for a trade that I could very definitely live with. In fact, one that I could even be excited about. And the pricing for my trade (granted it was almost new) was done site unseen. AND when I got to the dealer there was NONE of the haggling or you didn't tell us about this, etc. Just fair-mindedness, and during these dangerous times...A SAFE environment! I couldn't have asked for more. And when they needed to do some work (tinting, clear-bra, etc.) work to my new vehicle, I was immediately placed in a wonderful loaner until my new vehicle was ready. SO MUCH Better than my last experience. These guys are doing it right and have earned by service business. Yes, It's a long review, but these guys deserve it. I look forward to meeting my service adviser and working with these guys for years to come! AND I can't wait try the Pick-up and Delivery Service!!!!!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! The 2021 Lincoln Nautilus is simply an OUTSTANDING vehicle. The technology is cutting edge, the twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine is amazing, and both the interior and exterior styling is just beautiful. But the real treat is in the ride! Driving this car is like floating on a cloud, and when you add in heated/cooled massaging seats it's like a trip to the spa!
