This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

This is my second Space Navigator,,, looking for my 3rd, really appreciate the time I spend in my Navigator, never felt as close to any other brand

I bought a 2025 XT four. Shortly after I got it home, I discovered a few of the technology features Needed adjustments. I’m not a techie, so I brought it into Bayview Cadillac and met up with Daniel Gagliano. He spent over an hour showing me all the various high-tech things on the dashboard and really straighten me out. By the way, he was not even my salesman, but he helped me anyway I can’t say enough about Daniel. Friendly professional, extremely knowledgeable… I felt he cared about me and my problem. I have a Land Rover near my house (Coral Gables), but since I met the manager LUIS CHIEA, nothing has stopped me from traveling to the north of Miami. Now the company has hired PAULO SANTOS, who speaks Portuguese as well as LUIS CHIEA. THIS SALESMAN WILL CERTAINLY BE A SALES CHAMPION... HE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER. LAND ROVER NORTH IS TO BE CONGRATULATED FOR ITS EMPLOYEES, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MAKE THE COMPANY PROSPER.

Very pleasantly surprised. Only improvements I’d suggest after first month are adding rear side windows that open. Layout is great and seats are wonderful. . .and didn’t realize they massage- actually better than Mercedes.

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!
