Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota review
A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.
2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

After about a month of searching for a car, Endless visits to dealership they just didn't have the car I wanted, or we just couldn't come to deal. I was looking online and found the car I wanted, but it was over an hour away at Cox Auto. I had an incredibly positive experience at Crown Honda from start to finish. The entire process was super easy, I received all the information I requested in a timely manner, and the communication was consistent with absolutely no runaround. I was offered an amazing deal that honestly felt too good to be true. I decided to hold off at first, but John, the General Sales Manager, stepped in and provided clear details and reassurance that the offer was legitimate. He then had Enver, one of his sales managers, take over to make sure everything went through exactly as promised. Enver even worked on his day off, alongside Athena in the Business Office, to ensure everything was prepared for my arrival the next day. When I arrived, Sasa, my Certified Honda Sales Consultant, greeted me promptly, had the vehicle ready, and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly before I left. He made the transition to meet with Antonette, another Business Manager, seamless, and she made completing the paperwork an absolute breeze. What really stood out was how thoughtful and genuine everyone was. They even offered food recommendations since they knew we had driven a long way. The professionalism, service, and overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The drive to and from the dealership was absolutely worth it, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Pilot Black Edition. I will gladly recommend Crown Honda to any friends and family.
2010 Lincoln Navigator review
I BOUGHT MY FIRST NAVIGATOR (2010) USED WITH 36K MILES.I OWNED IT FOR 9 YEARS AND WAS VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. I HAD PLANS ON INVESTING $10K TO BRING IT UP TO DATE. BUT IT GOT TOTALED 😪😥 I MISS MY 2010 NAVIGATOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT VEHICLE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE SUV .ROOMY,COMFORTABLE AND RELIABLE.

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater review
Folks, you can't go wrong here. My salesman Robert Grissom at AutoNation Clearwater was an absolute pro who was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He confidently answered all of my many questions without missing a beat. The entire transaction was fabulous from start to finish. Initial communications to driving off the lot with my new car, it was hands down the easiest and most pleasurable experience I've had buying a car. The no haggling format is a great idea at AutoNation, especially when their asking price was $4500 less than the NADA appraisal price. I must also give thanks to the entire staff there, who because I was coming in from out of town bent over backwards for me when my travel dates changed. LOVE love love my purchase, and can't say enough about these guys!

Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa review
I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.

2021 Lincoln Navigator review
I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

When it came to the financing portion of it Zory Ferris made it quick and painless lol absolutely wonderful people professional very nice!! And i walked out of they're completely satisfied with my 2021 lincoln corsair which iam very satisfied with they took extremely great care of me i love this place!! And I will go no where else!!
