2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

If you need assistance, ask for Catalina ("Cat") Sandoval. She's absolutely extraordinary. My family was in need of new vehicle with an expanding family on the way, and she and I first spoke extensively over the phone about the inventory and the car that we were interested in purchasing. These calls were after having done extensive online research to find the best possible combination of price and quality. After multiple phone calls, I then drove on a Sunday to the dealership - hours away - and Cat greeted me at the door as it opened. She and her colleagues walked me through the purchase, and we couldn't be happier with the new vehicle. Excellent service, and above all, Cat is simply an excellent person. Highly recommended.

We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!
