We recently purchased a Ford Expedition at Wickstrom and I was surprised to find it was a very positive car buying experience. Chris was great to work with—easygoing, straightforward, and never pushy. He took the time to walk my wife and me through all the features of the Expedition in great detail. He took the time to come with us as we took a long test drive to our home and made sure the car fit in our garage. Overall, it felt like a relaxed and professional experience from start to finish. Wickstrom Auto Group review
I typically hate going to a car dealership because of the constant feeling I'm trying to be sold a vehicle. This was not the case at Wickstrom Lincoln. I was never asked what I was driving or was I considering a trade-in or out-right purchase. Actually, the conversations were kept to the car and what it does. I felt no pressure nor did I feel the need to keep my guard up.
