2023 Lincoln Navigator L review
A very comfortable car to drive. On long trips the added features allow you to drive and be more relaxed when you get to your destination. If you are looking at the Navigator and are debating on the L go for the extra length and get the L.

We would like to thank the entire staff at Jacky Jones Ford of Hayesville. The entire experience was great, and professional. We flew from Ohio to pick up our new/used truck. Mike our driver that picked us up at the airport was great and courteous. Once at the dealership we meet our sales rep Jesse who showed us our new/used vehicle. Very professional to say the least. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. Took it for a test drive, came back and finished up the paperwork. Then we met the sales manager to ask if there were anything they could do better. But, honestly I would say not much...it was a truly great experience and well worth the distance of travel. We did have an issue with the radio and notified Jesse what was going on the next day after we got home. He replied within a very short time that they were making it right. What a great group of people. I would rather drive 6.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Jacky Jones Ford than to deal with someone local. I have never experienced such professionalism with any other dealership. You guys have truly raised the bar. We will see you again when we are ready to buy another vehicle. Easy to book, easy to drop off. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the guest wifi is terrible (low, slow signal in the customer waiting area) and I was unable to work for the hour I was there for service.
2022 Lincoln Navigator L review
I have the Black label version. The multi-Way seats with massage in the front are absolutely amazing. Even the second row is pretty dad gum comfortable. There is plenty of room for four large adults to be comfortable even on a long trip. As mine is multiple years old and has probably 60,000 miles on it, The air conditioning has a mind of its own and occasionally the blue cruise highway hands-free driving for no reason just stops. The infrared system that looks at my eyeballs and is probably scorching them to be honest during certain parts of the day gets really upset and says that I'm not looking at the road even though I actually am. I always let the car sit when I first started up until the fast idle drops to a slow idle. I change the fluids twice as often as required by Ford. All in all, this has been to date a super reliable and solid vehicle that is extremely comfortable and actually gets great gas mileage on the highway.

I recently took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and 5 point inspection. Everything went smoothly except no one checked the tire pressure and made the needed adjustments. In fact I’m not even sure the tires were rotated. I knew the tire pressures needed to be adjusted …..I guess it was my assumption they would check / correct the tire pressures. After I was on my way home I checked the tire pressures and the numbers are the same as before I took the car in to them

2020 Lincoln Navigator L review
This simply the best big family vehicle period. I drove the 2020 MB GLS(fantastic SUV) the size was why i didnt but it. 2021 Escalade is feels cheap the digital dash is amazing but the lincoln still just feels better.

I just purchased a used car from Rick Hill Imports and it has to be the smoothest and most pleasant buying process I’ve ever had with a dealership. They even dealt with my slow loan approval process through my personal bank, and everything went off without a hitch. A lot of dealers will force all kinds of things you don’t need, manipulate you into paying more than you need to, but I was treated with respect, didn’t feel forced into any decisions, and I’m currently in love with this car. 2018 Lincoln Navigator L review
and the most expensive by far. The technology is so exciting. Only downside to the entertainment system. It was hard for me to learn the Lincoln Play system.

Lexus of Greenville review
Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

It has all the bells and whistles and is. comfortable. We haven taken many trips and it holds all our stuff quite well. Good road car with all the different transmission features.
