Gary Combs and Brian Sich have always ensured they listen to our needs and have directed us to vehicles that fit our requirements. The finance department (Aaron Cohen and staff) is one of the fastest that you will ever deal with. He will go to whatever level of details to ensure you understand the details of the financing of your car. The service department has always been top notch. I posted a previous review that I was upset about the brakes on the vehicle I purchased. Posted the review because I didn't believe that they would help a customer out because of the previous reviews I read. This is not the case. After posting my review Alex R (GM) reached out to me and left his phone number so I could contact him. Alex is truly trying to change the perception of the business and is very professional. He sent me a check for the money I put into the vehicle to get the brakes fixed. He did not have to do this but he did. Before you over react as I did and posting a review, I would recommend contacting Alex. He's patient and listens to what you have to say. Never interrupted me one time. The few words he said were "what can I do to make this right." I think GretnaAuto has something good with Alex and I hope the see it themselves as well.

The Sales person was great and was very helpful and answered, my question. How his manger would give me very much on my trade in. I feel the magner did not want to work with me since I was buying a used truck.
