I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

Toby made the experience perfect! My husband and I watched the market for months before finding our ideal vehicle at Unlimited Motors. We had quite the commute and a busy home schedule that interfered with our availability to even get to the lot for a test drive. Toby was extremely accommodating in not only working out every detail in the agreement to fit our family's needs, but also in working around our schedules as much as possible to ensure we didn't lose out on the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Purchased a used Lincoln that had a few warranty issues and they got it in and back to me in record time. This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

Today, Matthew, my salesman told me that he was going to give me all weather mats for my vehicle. I had original plan to get the mats and something changed and Matthew stepped in for me today! The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

If you are looking for a used vehicle, this is the place to go. Mo, Martin, and everyone else we interacted were impressive. It's obvious that they care and take pride in doing things the right way and treating their customers the way they'd want to be treated. Beyond that, you can tell they are genuine, good people. People you can feel good about doing business with. Regarding the vehicle, they had exactly what we wanted at a fair price. And, they made the buying process clear and pain-free. An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

Restroom facilities desperately need updating. Lobby or waiting area is ok, but not what you would expect for a dealership of this size and volume.

2017 MKC engine needs replacing only 44000 miles out of warranty. Why wasn’t there a recall? $10445 to replace motor. Can ford be held responsible help?
