I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many. Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

This is the place for the best old time service our grandparents used to speak about. The owner is one of a kind, big heart and great service. This man did the unimaginable by today's standards, I needed to update my SSN information and he literally drove me to the SSN office and waited 2hrs! I tried to get a rental car but he wouldn't let me, this is old school service with modern day quality. Shame on you if you pass this business by and definitely your loss.

I bought this 2003 Volkswagen Beetle over the internet. H D'S Auto sales was very honest. Customer service was outstanding! This car was shipped from door to door transport to my driveway to Elkton ,MD. The paint job is like new. Engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I owned Beetles in the past and know what to look for. It took me six months to find what I was looking for. 67000 miles on the car. I had to replace both headlights on the car very common for the year I done it before. Bottom line is H D'S Auto really went out of there way for me. I trusted them with no warranty on the car. 2500 miles to my house. They sold me a car that went right threw Maryland Inspection. 20 year wedding anniversary present to my wife. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? Yes—for what it offers in comfort, features, and long-term reliability, it’s still a strong choice.

Bought it used with only 60K miles on it. I love all the features and it’s just big enough for my needs. I highly recommend. Slightly larger than my mom’s MKC and I got spoiled driving her car while she was out of town.

I searched the internet within 500 miles of home for a specific vehicle in my price range and found only one and it was at LKL Motors. Then I compared price and mileage nationwide and did not find a better deal. I made contact and spoke with Liviu and made the deal. Li was thorough so I was able to come prepared then drove 7 hours to get to Puyallup. The next morning we test drove the vehicle and it was exactly what we were wanting. bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

I have been car shopping for over two years. Between pushy salespeople, price gouging, misinformation, lack of inventory and flat out lying, I had become very discouraged about finding a suitable replacement for my lovely old Subaru. I bought a 2004 Towncar with 80,000 actual miles on it. The car belonged to a older couple that died of covid the same day and the sons didn't want it It is an absolute dream to drive, or just to kick back and enjoy the ride. The car is immaculate both inside and out. She is a bit of a gas hog, but comfort can be pricey. I love her.

Rides like a Cadillac lol,comfortable, fast,handles pretty good for it's size,fwd great in the snow. It lights up around corners when turn signal is used.I actually have 2 of these,very reliable.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase
