A very comfortable car to drive. On long trips the added features allow you to drive and be more relaxed when you get to your destination. If you are looking at the Navigator and are debating on the L go for the extra length and get the L.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Ron and everyone at Sky Mazda of Odessa are the Best of the Best. Chris Robin could not have hired are better group than the one he has there. just purchase an extremely low miles off lease 2019 MKZ from a local dealer. This car is extremly comfortable and has excellent handling and comfortable ride. Sound system is one of the best i have heard.The 2.0 turbo is powerful and quite. I am normally partial to GM, but this Ford product tops the list. Very satisisfied with this vehicle.

I had a wonderful salesman that listened intently to my needs. The only negative is they requested more down payment than I had originally planned to negotiate with.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

Paul was so great, very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we looked into all while bieng patient with us during our car buying experience. We asked for 6 different car keys and he never complained once. During the credit application process we expected to be put through the irritating negotiations like we experienced at other car dealerships. In fact we expected that we would come into a deal that we didn't like. But once we got to the end we were very shocked it was that easy and we got the monthly payment we wanted as well as low interest rate. From the moment we stepped on the lot there was no rush, Paul gave us a sense of honesty. That was the best car buying experience we ever had.

The service advisers are great, especially Rick Ramirez who always has a big smile and works hard to help me with any issues I may have. I always appreciate the people greeting me at the door as I walk in and even the folks that are cleaning the building as they open for the day, all were very courteous and helpful when I asked for directions in the new dealership's building. I was impressed to see Mr. Sewell in early to work and his greeting each employee by name and with a smile. you can definitely see the top down positive, pleasant attitude and professionalism is present as everyone I came in contact with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The ONLY suggestion I would offer is to somehow shorten the 4 to 6 week waiting time to get into the shop for repairs. That being said, my recall repairs only took about 30 min. to perform before I was back out the door and on my way. We are fortunate to have this dealership in the Permian Basin both to serve our community and to be a fine example of how to run a business. I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

My experience was cordial, prompt and professional. Cody was very descriptive with the findings and supplied suggestions for repair. My only concern is all of my problems were not addressed. There is some type of noise heard during turns, after riding over bumps and during acceleration after stopping. I was told there was no other noises and probably will get a second opinion from Kelly Grimsley Honda in Odessa.

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.
