Everytime we call they are more than happy to explain the system. They are knowledgeable and friendly, definitely not pushy and very patient with us and our questions. This car now with 140 k miles rides like a dream, I am so impressed with the reliability, I have done nothing but routine stuff on this wonderful critter. The absolutely on complaint that I could have Would be I wish the gas tank capacity was larger Find one maintained like mine BUY IT
