The driver's seat is a bit uncomfortable. I had a hip replacement, and the spit seat is not comfortable. I don't take many long trips so it is okay around town. I liked the solid seat of our Mercury. We have had Lincoln's in the past and they were all very comfortable. We really like this car and plan to keep it a long time. We get 22 mph average and 28 on a trip. I like the memory for the seat setting, lumbar setting, and adjustable steering wheel. The "pick up" is the best we have had on any past cars.

hi i inherited a 2003Lincoln town car my dad bought used in 2010 with 65,000 miles i believe he payed 7,100 $ it needed tires and rear suspension which he put springs in the back i believe the kit was 300bdollars then and about 1000$ to install them that was 13 yrs ago... have had this car and driven alot... now i own drive everyday it runs like the day we bought it it now has 115,000 miles body is starting to rust a little but we live in boston .. snow this car is an excellent car to have i change oilbreguarly i have nevet paid 7,000 dollars for a used car and driven it as long as this 13yrs and had to get tune-up recently at 100, 000 miles it was pricet as the spark plugs were about 22 dollars apiece need 8 but i mean this is 1 of the best cars you could buy ....

I purchased a 2005 Corvette over the phone. The car is in excellent shape low mileage and the experience of buying this vehicle was hassle free. Also had the car shipped to Las Vegas Nevada no problems. Would purchase another car from unique Auto again.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

just purchase an extremely low miles off lease 2019 MKZ from a local dealer. This car is extremly comfortable and has excellent handling and comfortable ride. Sound system is one of the best i have heard.The 2.0 turbo is powerful and quite. I am normally partial to GM, but this Ford product tops the list. Very satisisfied with this vehicle.

I bought my 2019 Continental new, have driven it for little over 17 thousand miles. It is the 4th Continental I have owned. I love this one the best. It is a keeper. I love the comments and compliments I get for my car. I truly think Ford's made a mistake when they stopped production.

I called this dealership and spoke to Wardan the owner on a Tuesday, telling him that I was interested in one of the vehicles that he had on the lot that I wanted to purchase for my wife. I live out of town in Louisiana over 6 hours away and was not going to be able to make it to the dealership until Saturday. I asked if it would be possible for them to hold the vehicle for me to come and purchase for my wife. The dealer agreed to hold the car for me until Saturday when I could come and take a look at it. As it turned out I was able to leave by lunch time on Friday to head to Houston to be able to look at the car on Saturday. I had my wife call the dealership and explain to them that we were going to be coming in on Friday and told them what time we would be getting into town and they said that they would wait for us to arrive which was 45 minutes after their actual closing time. Upon our arrival Wardan made the car buying experience The best I have ever experienced. Once they got a copy of my driver's license my wife and I took the car for a test drive, as soon we arrive back in the parking lot Wardan met us in the parking lot. There was no pressure at all, and he answered all of the questions that we had about the vehicle. We went ahead and went through with the purchase of the vehicle which was everything that my wife was looking for. We got a great vehicle at a good price. The dealership made the buying process as easy as possible. The dealership was up front about all of the history of the car and provided us a printout of the Carfax history of the vehicle. This dealer went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and the purchase of our vehicle. Before reaching out to this dealer I had read some of the negative reviews that people had posted. At first I was leery and skeptical because of these reviews. But once I contacted the dealer and spoke to Wardan myself I got the sense that he was not your average fast talking car salesman. So after making the journey from Louisiana to Houston to buy our car I will say that we experienced none of the things that other people had listed in their negative reviews, it was actually quite the opposite. In the future I would definitely return to this dealership for my used car purchases. I would also recommend anyone else to give this dealership a try if you're looking for an amazing car buying experience.

I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

I just got new Equinox EV with good discounts and payment rate applied for... But car cleanup n readiness should be a bit better for delivery.

Car is very quiet inside and with the adjustable suspension you can make it from soft to firm. Plenty of power and got 25.9 mpg on the highway doing 75 mph. 19 speaker Revel is the best sound system I ever heard in a vehicle. Much better ride than our Escape had or even the Edge.

This is my second MKS, both 2015 AWD models. The car harkens back to the big highway cruisers I grew up with. The car has all the gizmos I'd ever want, especially the heated steering wheel which is a godsend in the winter since my hands tend to get cold quickly. Overall, if your looking for luxury at a reasonable price point look no further. I also love the huge trunk. The rear seats don't drop down but there is a portal you can pull down for long items like wood trim, skis, etc. On the whole it's been reliable. I only wish Lincoln would continue the model but alas, they're moving to all SUV's and electric at that. :(

I highly recommend this dealership! They were super good with customer service, Wardan was very easy to talk to and work with. Only thing is the fact that they only accept cash, but it wasn't a problem as the reason was explained to me and I fully understand. Don't listen to the bad reviews, if your paying a good price for a decent car, don't complain when it isn't always in absolute perfect shape.

I just purchased this car in year 2023 with only 70,000 KM’s on it and at 12 years old the car is still incredible. Amazing interior and the most comfortable seating you will ever sit in. The technology still suits my needs and Bluetooth phone and music works great. There is even ambient lighting settings for the car with different Colours to choose from. Very powerful V6 Eco boost engine. As others have said this feels like a high end SUV when inside. If you have a chance to buy one of these cars in good condition you definitely should.

I have bought new the Lincoln Town car every year since 2008. In 2011 Ford stopped making the car. in 2020 my wife totaled our 2011 Town Car and the car, because of its heavily constructed box frame saved my wife from injury, while the other imported car was crushed in the head on collision sending that driver to the hospital. I began an internet search and I found a 2011 Town Car replacement with 33K miles on it at a Orlando Fl dealership. I'm 85 and my wife is 83. This will be our last car ever.

I bought my Signature Town Car new in 2007 and used it as an airport limousine for four years I kept it as my private vehicle after the airport contract expired and have driven it daily ever since. It now has 510,000 miles on the original engine. The transmission was rebuilt at just over 300,000 miles. The car runs like new, with regular maintenance. The oil change guys freak out when they hear how quiet and smooth the engine is. Best built, best riding car I've ever owned. Amazing vehicle.

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle but from the first phone call with Rodrick King I was treated professionally and courteously. We discussed what I was looking for and how an out of state purchase would work. He communicated promptly and knowledgeably. What struck the me the most was at the end of our first call he stated, "Let me go to work for you". Not what I had been greeted by at other "'dealerships".

I bought this 2002 in January, 2002. It has less than 70,000 miles! It has never been snowed, rained, off the road on since I have owned it. It is mint, showroom condition. It is garaged and shares it with my 2007 Ford Explorer which has less than 35000 miles. My town car has had very little maintenance issues in its 20 year history. Replaced the module on the air suspension, left door module for the rear view mirror, two tuneups and two sets of Vogue whitewall tires. Overall, my TownCar is the best of the four I have owned! Based on what I found out from Lincoln, the 2002 is the only one that has never been recalled for any issues! Of course, it is worth very little today, but I can assure anyone, I would never sell it! My dealer in Phoenix wanted me to put it on display, but I declined! Would I buy the Lincoln Continental today? No! There is a rumor that Lincoln is considering bringing back the Town Car in 2022. I saw the rendition of the vehicle and it looks similar to the Town Car with suicide rear doors, but as far as looking like a Town Car like I have, I would only say, somewhat, maybe. I will keep my Town Car for as long as it continues to serve me and it surely does. It has dual exhausts and I get 300HP as well as very good gas mileage; 18MPG to 27MPG. Not bad for a car that is almost 20 years old cost me $51,000.00, and weighs 5900GVW! A true treasure. It is the Cartier with all the bells and whistles I will ever need!

The names from used cars: Dax, Ronald, and Mr. Lee! I don't have perfect credit, alot of money, or time but they made the experience great. Dax and Ronald got me a great car and Mr. Lee got my down payment and monthly payment lower than what I expected. They have patience and treat you like you're a plus customer. My 4th car from there. Always get treated like royalty. Remember I'm not wealthy. Best used sales team ever!!

I purchased my mkz in 2018 it was a year old. Previously the car was a rental so I was sort of doubtful about my purchase but the price was a bargain. This car ended up being one my best purchases that I have ever made. Very reliable and stylish great on gas and comfortable as well. I will say as far as interior my park reverse and drive buttons wore off and my driver seat leather started to crack. What made me really appreciate the car was the wonderful service dept (Landmark Lincoln)we have here in Englewood CO. Always courteous and got me scheduled within the week. Always had a loaner car available if I needed it and never tried to oversell me service that I did not need. These guys are great . Sad they discontinued this vehicle but I am on the look out for a Aviator.

This car drives smooth and is so quiet. All I have to do now is learn how everything in the car works. The manual is almost 600 pages. Everything would have been excellent if it were not for the dealership CarMax in Ocala Florida.
