This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

Recently bought 2020 X5 M50i from TSF auto sales, drove all the way down from MA to NY. Excellent customer service, stayed after hours to complete sale with me and avoid me driving all the way home and back. Arranged shipping back of my old car as a courtesy service. Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

Certainly, it's not my first car from this dealership. i have owned and leased several vehicles. I like my cars well equipped and have recently taken out longer leases. It works for me. Truly, it is an entire team effort. Pleasant, friendly and courteous. Service on my end has been rather good. I've lost count of how many vehicles I've received but this time went the distance to get a Black Label Nautilus. Only car I haven't had from Lincoln is the Corsair. We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

I had a first rate experience with the sales and finance team at Jaguar Land Rover Mt Kisco. Jennifer on the initial contact then Tyler on the test drive and all pre-sales communication. Finally Brittney on finance and final delivery. Just great teamwork all around. I felt actual customer service which many of us will agree is missing from most businesses these days. Sure everyone is happy when they come home with a new car but some experiences are better than others. Mine was particularly exceptional.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

The car has plenty of cup holders for family. It is very comfortable for grown teens and parents. The back cargo area holds much more than my prior vehicle.

Mary (the numbers gal) is great at crunching those numbers for getting you the best deal. Even taking a few days working with 3 or four banks to get the right payment to fit that budget. I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I am somewhat of a car nut, I really enjoy the research and the search process. I was looking for a used SUV with 3 rows, AWD, and just a few years old. I enjoy a bit of luxury, and with my commuting I wanted something reliable but also very comfortable with some amenities. I narrowed it down to the Q7, GLS450, and the Aviator. I test drove all 3 and I won't go into the reviews of the other vehicles, they were certainly nice, but the Aviator came out ahead. I think bang for your buck, the Aviator delivers an equal if not superior product for much less than the others. The interior is spacious and luxurious, and I went with the 30 way power seats, which is basically like getting a custom fit glove for your body. The sound system (28 speaker option) is amazing, with really beautiful high notes. The bass could be deeper and louder, but I don't know that you can get that without a subwoofer. The interactive console is quick and fast, with incredible resolution. I imagine its akin to retina HD like the iphones have, its just crystal clear. The second row is captains chairs (optional, same price) which the kids love bc they have separation from siblings. Third row has enough room for kids but will be tight for adults. Engine power is adequate, with plenty of low end torque. If you're looking for Navigator or Escalade power this isn't at that level, but its plenty for my needs. It has many, many fun amenities. For example, your key fob can be used as a homing beacon, allowing you to find your car in a parking garage if you can't remember where you parked. Also your phone can be used as the key, so if you forgot your fob your key can open AND start the vehicle. Overall, this is a fantastic vehicle. Lincoln put themselves in direct competition with Audi, Mercedes and BMW for SUV luxury and they will not disappoint. This vehicle will drive like you're floating on a cloud, or quickly morph to a mako shark chasing tuna. You won't be disappointed.

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

The Lincoln Aviator is high on comfort and gives a quiet, smooth ride. The leg room is ample and seats very comfortable for plus-sized people. The multiple built in safety features give the driver a sense of confidence on the road. It is a classy car.

Exceptional experience when we got our 2024 Nautilus from WP Lincoln Nautilus recently. I think it’s the first time in 40 years of car purchases from dealers that we actually enjoyed the experience.
