Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I bought my Lincoln MKX 2013 as a certified pre-owned with 14000 miles.Had never any problem, except for the airconditioner went out. It has 64,000 miles to it. Knock on wood that it stays that way. Thank you.

I had never owned a Lincoln. My wife drove an MKZ sedan which impressed me with reliability and quality. I test drove an MKX and fell in love with it. I've owned it for over two years. It is 9 years old and still drives like brand new. No rattles, shakes, or mechanical problems. It still looks brand new too. The way used cars have gone up. I could trade it for what I paid for it 2 years ago.

Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

I don’t normally write reviews but this is one time I feel it’s important. I love Mercedes and Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. I?m on my 26th Mercedes since 2004, and the most amazing part is how few issues I?ve had over the years. It?s rare that I ever need warranty work. Most of the time, the only things my cars need are the regular A & B services, tires, and any extras I decide to take care of along the way. After all these years and experiences, I honestly don?t see myself ever owning anything other than a Mercedes-Benz.

Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

Went in and left in the car we went there for. They worked to get us the payments we wanted. Also said they would do a checkup with us in 2 weeks. Not quite 2 weeks yet but I?m sure they will keep there word

At 86000 miles my vehicle quick shifting, therefore something is wrong with transmission. I had it towed to a transmission repair shop and found out the fluid was burnt and there were metal shaving in the transmission. Now on this 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve has a sealed transmission is this normal or has anyone else had this experience. I did not received any warning from my computer system until the day this happen

I had him check it after i bought it and he said they did everything they said they would and had it taken care of thats all i can ask for these days. nice car i love our jeep!

I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with the 2.7L twin-turbo engine brand new. After 7 years and about 60,000 miles, I can say it's been a great overall experience. My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? Yes—for what it offers in comfort, features, and long-term reliability, it’s still a strong choice.
