I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! The Silverado is my dream vehicle, I've wanted one ever since I was a kid and my dad had one. I needed a full sized 4 x 4 truck w/ room for the family to be comfortable during trips and the Silverado LT is it! Everything I could ask for and more! Plus, Jeremy at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet was outstanding; I ended up with a lifetime powertrain warranty, a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, and the price was a steal for a truck w/ only 26,000 miles on it! I am as happy as a clam!

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

Just bought another new Ram Lariat crew cab pickup from AM Maus dealership. Couldn’t have been treated better or more fairly. I traded in my 2016 and was extremely satisfied with the price they gave on the trade. I’m from Baxter but they treated me like a hometown customer! I will be back for my next vehicle. I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I purchased a pre owned Lincoln from Holt, my sales agent was Sarah. She was through, patient, answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked on the car before I left. I spoke with & worked with 3-4 others who we also exceptional. When a dealership has quality vehicles, the vehicles sell themselves. I appreciate their relaxed style of selling. I?ve already directed two others to this dealership.

Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024
