This is my second Certified Used Cadillac from Schepel and I couldn't be happier! I was already familiar with the dealership, but I can never get over the lengths they go to to treat their customers well. Recently I used Cadillac Roadside Assistance, and that was as professional as all their services at the dealership are. And it certainly makes a lone driver feel safe on the roads.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Took in all 4 of my vehicles. Service was completed in a timely manner. Excellent service department. Mike Eaton is the best service consultant.

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Great everyday ride. Not a sports car by any means but has features that no other suv in its size and price can match. Leather seats are uninspiring - suggest they go synthetic with a nicer look and feel. Acceleration of hybrid is very good and appreciate no CVT tranny - prefer the traditional 6speed and front/back drive with no electric motor separately motoring the rear. This is my wife’s car and 2nd in 2 years - upgraded to the hybrid limited because the base engine is a dog and gets terrible mpg.

We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I always have bought my cars here even back when it was Schaffer and now Webb. John B. and Jim C, in the service department have always taken such great care of me whenever my vehicle needed repairs. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle and Jon C. did a wonderful job showing me choices that would best suit my needs. He was extremely patient with all my questions and always followed up with a phone call to make sure I had all the information I needed.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

My wife and I really appreciated the attention and concern from Joe the salesman who took an interest in finding the right vehicle to meet my needs and concerns about driving over 120 miles 5 days a week to get to and from work in South Bend. We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. Whether you’re an enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this thing until the wheels fall off. Now, if you’re an enthusiast, or just someone who loves the feel of the road underneath you but needs something fairly practical? This is the car for you. With ample power, and steering feel that would put some sports cars to shame, you will feel confident, and often joyous when behind the wheel of the CX-5, especially with the Manual version that came in the “Sport” trim! Although that engine is suggested to be fairly gutless. However, if you prefer the automatic versions with the larger engine, like in my Grand Touring trim, you will absolutely be able to enjoy the road, regardless of the local speed limit. The CX-5 may not be the fastest car in its class, but it surely is the most fun, and the best value among its competitors.. but it’s mainly just fun. I recently got my CX-5 at my local dealer, and it has done nothing but get me to work when I want it to, taken me on small trips to wherever I want, and without any real complaints. Only times it gets annoyed with me is if I need to pass anybody at highway, but that’s what makes it so much fun to live with in my opinion, especially with the little rev-happy 4-pot motors that it can come with. In conclusion, if you want a sub-compact crossover.. but also want the feel of Mazda’s own roadster? Get the CX-5. It will bring you as many smiles per gallon as you need it to.

Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates. After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I was the original owner of this car and it was an amazing vehicle. Was my favorite vehicle I have ever had! My needs changed so I moved onto something different. This car was very loved and very much taken care of and whoever buys this, is getting one heck of a vehicle!

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Bought a 22 edge last year and a 24 f150 tremor at Christmas time. My salesman mike was good to deal with. Not impressed with their service as I had issues both times I used them. Would buy again, I'll skip the service department.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar
