This is the 2nd time the McAuley had the Lincoln vehicle we were looking for in the specs we wanted. They seem to focus on the more high end optioned cars, which is great. I was sick of seeing primarily base models in the Bay Area, so I'm glad we discovered them.
I worked with Andy over e-mail and the phone since they are about 200 miles from my location and he was very easy to talk to and work with. Upon making the trip to their dealership he and Matt made the purchase experience quick and painless even with my trade in. All said and done I was in and out in less time than I had expected. These guys have a high standard of customer service and it shows.
The vehicle I purchased was a CPO car and I was concerned about a potential recall issue and whether it had been addressed or not. Their technician overheard us talking and came up to take care of it immediately. Andy gave me a great recommendation on a place to stop for lunch on my way home too. If you are in the market for a nice Lincoln, definitely come here even if you have to drive 3 hours to do so, I did and I am glad I did.
like about a month ago I went to buy car at Razzari Nissan dealer and was happy to find a great car just exactly was I was looking for. Also,the person who helped me Eric Bustillos was very professional and very informed. Everything was easy for me and to fill out, and he was also was a Spanish speaker and easy to communicate. Chris was very friendly as well and partner up with Eric Bustillo's to make the purchase experience great.
Used the internet to find the used car we were looking for. Worked out the price and conditions in advance. Drove up a few days later to actually see the car and test drive it. Everybody was very nice. In about an hour, we completed all the paperwork and drove off in the car! They did everything they said they would and we were very happy. Would definitely buy from them again!
Where do I start... first off I was on a lonely road to Yosemite national park with my best friend (Fred he's a dog). While making a quick pite stop, I noticed a unusual fiuld coming from the bottom of my car. I used the World Wide Web to find Razzari Nissan. So I grab my phone and dialed the number and Jessica Martinez answered the phone like a champ!! I actually nicknamed her VIP because she is! I put the address in the gps and Fred and I were on our way!!! Jessica greeted us like we were long lost friends and she even had some water for Fred! They did the diagnose on the car and found that it was a lower radiator hose was leaking Chris slapped a new one in there and bob is your uncle. In and out of there in a hour and half with no appointment and a happy dog. Jessica "the VIP" Martinez is the best and if I lived closer she would maintain my car every time. Nice and friendly staff. The sales rep who helped me, Stephen made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. There was no pressure and he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He met and exceeded all my expectations and I truly appreciate his effort to make the experience positive for my family and I. What an awesome dude. Also, I love my new car!
We had a extremely good experience at RAZZARI!! PAULO was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the Sentra . he answered all our questions and as you know it takes a while to but a car and can be overwhelming Paulo treated us like friends instead of just customers. I had a service appoint at 8:30 am for our 2012 Prius. My wife got in the car at 7:45 and it would not start. Called my service writer K.P. We were asked to have it towed in and they would work on it as soon as we got there. Turns out the battery was dead. We have always had great service from Merced Toyota. Especially from K.P. and Rob (Service Manager). I have dealt with Toyota Service Departments since 2003 and Merced Toyota since 2006. They are the very best.
