I'd been looking for this car for a while and came across two at different dealerships in my area, unfortunately they sold really fast. So, I started my search online and although I was a bit skittish of buying a car online without seeing or driving it first, I couldn't be happier with the car, the process, and most of all the salesman, Mitchell Macaluso. He made the entire process so seamless and less scary. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed of the process the whole time and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for that special car and I would most certainly recommend Mitchell!

Purchased a 2013 Camaro ZL1 convertible. We agreed to a deal Friday morning and Nick made special accommodations to meet me on Saturday to take delivery. I flew into Indianapolis Saturday morning. He had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and headed on my drive back to Chicago. The car was exactly as stated, I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen and was slight nervous. From my experience I can highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. As a proud customer of BAS, I am extremely delighted to disclose my positive experience to all customers who appreciate quality service. It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. The Lotus Elise is a true sports car and that is all the company makes. This car is surprisingly comfortable even for tall drivers. Handling and acceleration are great for road or track and the unique styling of the Elise will set you apart from all the others.

There is a reason these cars have had such low percentages of depreciation. A Toyota drivetrain for reliability along with stunning good looks and the kind of performance typically reserved for cars with way many more zeros attached to the price tag. The only price to pay is that the car has spartan creature comforts, but if that is the most important thing to you, let's be honest, this shouldn't be on the radar for you. Bang for buck, can't beat it with a Lotus Elise.

Lotus legendary ride & handling in a stunning design with Toyota V6 powertrain & reliability. Rarer than anything comparable, it’s a fun & comfortable place to be with every drive an occasion. Steering feedback is unlike anything else on the road, with cornering & canyon carving that spoils you for any other car. Cheap to service, light on consumables, if you enjoy an analogue, driver-focused experience try a Lotus Evora 400, you won’t be disappointed!

This car is definitely not the most comfortable or practical car, so if you are looking to buy that you need to undersatand you will have to make some compromise. It is an exotic car and there are always people looking at it and you and often I found myself talking to complete strangers about it. Overall I enjoyed my experience with the care but as I said it isn?t perfect especially for daily commutes.

We’ve purchased several vehicles over the years and Larry and his colleagues made our most recent purchase one of the most seamless. From start to finish Larry was helpful, but not pushy. He helped to coordinate our inspection (remote purchase), and even delivered the car directly to our home several hours away with a full tank of glass, and it was spotless! We highly recommend giving them a shot. They impressed us immensely and will be starting here for all our future automobile purchases!

2011 was the last model year for the Elise in the US market. Per official Lotus' Archives there were only 77 Elises sold in the US that year. This car is beautiful and a head turner. It is faster than most people think. The Toyota Engine is just the shell and has been modified and tuned by Lotus engineers so it is not a Celica's motor by any means. 1.8 liter and 0-60 in 4.8 sec. It is the only street legal race car. The handling is the best of any exotic/sports car. No Ferrari or Lamborghini can beat this little car in any twisty road. Most likely collectible since they will never bring it back to America. Get yourself one if you can!
