Futuristic, its not for thise that are not for those who are not into learning technology and its options. If you like tech snd new experiences this is it, better than my tesla to be honest luxury and feeling try it gor yourself.

Me and my wife have been searching for a Rolls Royce as a retirement gift to ourselves and all I can say is.. well.. I am speechless as to my review as the Ghost we bought arrived to our driveway in just two days in better-than-imaged condition, we both could not be happier with the car or service given, my brother is looking to buy his first exotic (he wants a 2012-15 Aventador) and I will be sending him to Falcon, thank you to Victor and the team at Falcon for making this sale and purchase possible!

This car is not for everyone. If you don't like learning new tech don't buy the car. The vehicle is for future thinkers who want to experience the future now. Most of negatives are based on a lack of experience with new technology. If you love the future as I do this is the best car ever made.

We have 700 miles on our Lucid Grand Touring. This car truly is a dream. We have owned many of cars but ,there is nothing that can compare to this car. I will never go back to infernal combustion. It's God bless Lucid, American can be proud of this one

I didn't actually get the chance to purchase a truck from this dealership as I was a day too late... it was just sold to another buyer. I like getting into it some exterior highway and air sound which some door dampers helped with should have better damping. Having said that i have the 21 inch wheels that transmit more road noise. But having owned 2 Tesla's prior the interior styling is better and certainly less interior or exterior rattle that they have.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. Have owned a new Air Touring for two months and have not had a single problem. Love the way the car drives and have gotten many compliments on the exterior and interior design. Our other cars are a 911, a Cayenne and a Tesla. The Lucid is the best combination of fun to drive, comfort, interior space and style. Great car. Recommend the Touring. Would like there to be more sales and service centers.

Just an outstanding organization, well planned out and the vehicles on display are amazing, all the inventory is inside a huge 25,000 square foot showroom, it is absolutely incredible and what a selection of vehicles. Great place to spend some time and money, ask for one of their Espresso's too, hummy......

The Salesman Will was amazing and where else can you get concierge service like this, the managing partner drove me back home to grab my title and when I brought up a prior deal issue over a deposit on a vehicle he actually listened and took care of it. I can tell you that the changes at Falcon Motor Group are on point. The owners care and will keep buying cars there. Will walked me through the Bentley Speed over and over, no pressure sales and after extensive driving I realized it was the car for me. I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.
