I traded in my first car, a 2010 Chevy Malibu, for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with House of Cars! It was my first big girl purchase, and I was worried that I would be overwhelmed with sales staff trying to oversell me. I did not feel like that at all. Excellent process from start to finish. Justin was fair, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with. Got a used Bolt from these guys. It was the smoothest and most transparent car buying experience I have ever had. The car was exactly as advertised, the staff were friendly, smart and attentive. Our sales person Brad Reinke is a rockstar. Would buy another car from them. No xx or hidden fees. Even post purchase, Ever impressed. We needed help gathering all the paperwork for a PG&E rebate and they were super responsive and the rebate sailed through. Would definitely go to Ever again.
