He answer all my questions I had regarding the problems I have been having at Al Hendrickson when it come to service my car and he gave me a solution. For the longest my middle arm console had been peeling and every time I went to Al Hendrickson the other workers always give me the run around and it never got fixed. I like getting into it some exterior highway and air sound which some door dampers helped with should have better damping. Having said that i have the 21 inch wheels that transmit more road noise. But having owned 2 Tesla's prior the interior styling is better and certainly less interior or exterior rattle that they have.
