He was incredible as all the other advisors I've had the pleasure of working with. I cannot think of anything negative about Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife. We bought a 2022, 350IS Lexus, we are very happy with the deal we received. Since then I have taken it in for regular maintenance appointments, they were very helpful & professional. I was even given a loaner car for the day, so I wouldn’t have to sit around waiting all day. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly. I like getting into it some exterior highway and air sound which some door dampers helped with should have better damping. Having said that i have the 21 inch wheels that transmit more road noise. But having owned 2 Tesla's prior the interior styling is better and certainly less interior or exterior rattle that they have.

I bought a TR6 from across the country from these folks. Jim and Steve were great and provided some extra photos and videos of the car and never over represented its condition. After making the purchase, they were patient with my issues getting a trucking company to pick up the vehicle. They even provided a contact with a provider they had used previously. It can be stressful purchasing a car and even more so when it's all the way across the country. Milpas made that experience much less stressful with their extra service and communications.
