I purchased a Ford Bronco Heritage From Town and Country AL. They were the only dealer we could find that would sell us the truck for sticker and we live in NY. My salesman Jay Mathis was there for every curve ball that Ford threw. When Ford discontinued the color we ordered. Jay called and said we need to change the order color and year to a 2023 or the order will be canceled. He was on the top of his game all the time. I really believe that if Jay didn't call me to tell me to change the year my order would have been canceled. Thanks Jay my Alabama brother

I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Was there twice in feb 2025 trying to find out what is a wrong with the ram ,and a recall ,the dash lights and head lights every thing goes out,,, today it was stating ,low voltage codes came up..received a new battery today ,we hope thats the problem twice now Elliot Barg was the service advisor that helped me, took his time explaining the rams problem and recall very knowledgeable and was very patient great staff Thank You Elliot Barg , hope you have a great week..
