My recent purchase of a Lincoln Continental with Lincoln dealership of Cutler Bay was a unique experience, having to deal with every department of the Sales force and Service . At one point in the transaction with a customer that is “always right” and a dealership that is “never wrong” it becomes difficult to establish a bond of trust. Trust is established outside the realm of right and wrong when righteousness prevails. Here we have a customer and dealer with sales and service. Happy to report that trust was establish as all issues were reasonably resolved. In all transactions there will be issues but the customer is not always right and dealership wrong. Be righteous and it will return to you with benefits. I recommend Lincoln of Cutler Bay . Bring “the buyer beware attitude” quote under reasonable control. This is the first endorsement ever given by me after 50+ years in Miami business affairs.
2018 Maserati Levante review
We purchased a 2020 Levante Gransport at the end of 2020. Was extremely impressed with its aggressive body lines, handling and beautiful exhaust notes you wouldn't expect to hear from a V6. Negatives: you can see some of the FCA parts within the interior. Its a luxurious cabin for sure, however I would expect a step up with Maserati. There is no shortage of the famous trident logo inside and outside of vehicle and in a sea of BMWs, Audis, and Porsche models that are in this same category, the Maserati stands out. Plus its just cool as xxxx to say I own a Maserati. There is so much race and performance history with the brand. Maserati has done a really good job on their first step into SUVs.

2018 Maserati Ghibli review
I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

2018 Maserati Ghibli review
Such a beautiful car inside and out. Fully loaded with all the trimmings, it is a pleasure to have. It is different than other vehicles we have owned from the various German manufacturers and we couldn’t be happier. In my opinion it handles better than the other brands in its class. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

I just bought this car and it has met and surpassed my expectations. The interior upholstery is pristine and so is the exterior. The drive is very smooth and I can feel the power of the car when I step on the gas. I'm loving this car.
