I want to Thank everyone at NCAC for their help and assistance in making my 1st ever vehicle purchase (@ age 44!!!) amazing and painless. One particular individual named Arion (hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and courteous answering all our questions and always asking if we wanted water or needed anything (it was hot out today). That’s one thing we didn’t get at the 3 previous dealerships. Just a lot of pressure to buy and fast talking. NCAC is 5 Star Rating all the way. Thank you guys, and thank you Arion (Ar-ree-on)!

With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

The most beautiful, sexy if a car can be sexy this one is it!!! Comfortable interior, luxurious, smoothe ride. Fast & handles great. Back cargo area is large. This driving experience is the best you will ever have. I've owned Mercedes, Jaguar none can compare to this vehicle!!!

Contacted this dealership about a Buick Lacrosse was paired with salesman Nubar. After explaining my bad experience with previous dealership he assured me he would do everything he could to make this a better experience. After about a week of negotiations we finally came to terms we could both live with. He went above & beyond and He was very patient and answered all my questions. There's nothing quite like it. The aesthetics are distinct. The sound demands attention and the handling is precision experienced. The chances of being parked next to the exact configuration of ours is very slim, making this car a true reflection of you and you alone.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

I love this car, it handles great and sounds amazing! It has been reliable and a great daily driver - mileage is tough but well worth the overall experience of this car.

my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

Was in a serious car accident with my previous Levante and walked away without a scratch. This GTS is gorgeous inside and out and had the most important options for AZ driving ~ air conditioned seats. Highly recommend!
