He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. I flew in from Colorado to purchase a used 2014 BMW from Morrie's Luxury Auto. I started working with Richie over the phone several days before making the trip. Communication was great and there were no issues getting things setup. I was still rather concerned that things would be different once I got there (were there issues with the car, would the deal change, any other surprises?). Once I got there, I was blown away by the facility itself (amazing building pack full of beautiful cars), the condition of the BMW I wanted to buy, and the professionalism of the staff. Richie was fantastic to work with, the car was perfect, and there were no surprises. The entire experience was beyond my expectations, I am very happy with the purchase, and would certainly do business with them again.
The stuff who assist me with selling the car was good, but I'm not very comfortable with the chief dealer who is in charge of the trade in affair, the price he provided was ridiculously low, about half price than other dealers.

I live in Madison, WI, but Morries had been recommended to me by a friend. After purchasing a 2005 Mercedes 500SL, and getting back to Madison, I noticed a couple of nagging issues (trunk wouldn't stay open, and the digital clock kept going back to Germany time). Alex Awsumb suggested that I take it to a local dealership for convenience (Minneapolis is 4 hours away for me). The car needed a new battery, and new struts for the trunk. I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
