I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

It was my first time at your new location. Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly and helpful to me and explained things is a way I understood. I believe my service person was Arturo. He was great and so helpful to me and pointed out a couple of things I didn't know, so I am totally grateful to him and the dealership. I will be back for my next service appointment for sure!

I purchased a 2019 Quattroporte Gran Lusso from Maserati of Newport Beach, as a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned), with the balance of the 4/50K warranty, plus one year of CPO, and I purchased a 2nd. year of CPO. The car was virtually in "brand new" condition, and was a local Newport Beach lease car. I love the sound of the engine, the ZF 8-speed automatic, the aromatic leather, and the modified U-Connect infotainment system. Car is totally up to date. Does it have some of that Italian quirkiness? - of COURSE it does. If you want a uninspiring tomb, get a Lexus This car has SOUL. It drives like no other 4-door luxury offering. The 424HP twin turbo V-6 just SINGS! Heck, it was 1/2 the price of a brand new one!

This car has plenty of leg room in the front and back. Looks sharp and has exceptional performance. The road handling is awesome. Not sure about the cost of maintenance yet.

I had a GREAT experience! I?ve been to a ton of dealerships and have had my fair share of experiences and none of them compared to my excellent experience at Sports Trend. Hey! Why not a long-term review? I'm the guy above who wrote a review back in 2015 after a week of ownership. That's just a teaser, as it turns out. I've now owned this car (Carbonio Nero GTS, bells and whistles, etc) for 7 1/2 years, and I've put about 50K miles on it. It has broken down/stranded me exactly once (in the rain, at the SFO parking garage) due to its JAPANESE Nippondenso alternator, which I removed and had rebuilt, then replaced myself. Not for the faint-hearted, as it requires removing the top of the intake manifold, but straight forward as far as repairs go. That was six years ago. That having been said, my QP has been to as mechanic exactly...ZERO times for repairs, although it spend a week at my local guy's getting prepped for its initial collaudo (inspection) at the Motorizazzione Ufficio. This is because, when we moved to Italy in late 2020, my wife and I brought the QP with us. Because it was a US-spec car, it had to be certified to EU spec by the government office. There was five months' bureaucratic paperwork to be completed, a bit of work replacing the TPMS sensors, and a Photoshop-generated new speedo label which read in KM/H. My gorgeous deep grey window tint had to go, as it's illegal here in Italy. Now my beautiful QPV with 85K miles on the odometer is back on the street. We live exactly four blocks from the Maserati factory in Modena. Wave when you hear us go by! There is exactly one issue, which I suspect is not specific to my own car--the factory wheels. In my opinion, they are substandard. Four out of five developed hairline cracks in normal freeway driving, which led to replacing wheels and tires as onesies to the tune of $1800.00 a few years back, until I finally broke down and installed factory-spec aftermarket five spoke wheels. Nary a problem since. This QPV is a xxxx of a car. No plans to ever sell it or trade it in.

For those who may find it helpful, they work with any credit score, meaning even with bad credit, they can help you get financing. They also helped me with insurance. So, if you decide to buy something here, don’t hesitate, because I’m one of those who checks things a thousand times before taking a step. A huge thank you to the dealership! I bought this car for my wife in the AWD Q4 configuration. It is very stylish and to my eye, beautiful inside and out. It has a lovely exhaust note and a subtle, appealing turbo whine to go along with it. In Sport mode, the exhaust note becomes more pronounced and the performance quite exhilarating. Handling is surprisingly good for a car of its size. The AWD system works perfectly, helping with traction especially in the wet. I would rate it equal to the BMW 5 series in all performance categories (but not the M5). As an every-day driver, it works just fine with a large trunk and well-laid out controls. The Garmin-derived navigation system is intuitive, making it easy to use. Visibility is excellent. The only problems we have had have been tires and front brakes. The OEM Pirellis stick well but do not last. I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Super Sports which were superior in every way, especially longevity. The front brake rotors warped and had to be replaced due to differentially torqued lug nuts (not Maserati's fault). The good news was that replacement was not especially expensive and a fairly easy DIY project for even an amateur mechanic.

Love the styling and good looks. Feels good driving this car. Very sporty. I like the car and the way it makes me feel. Drives really nice and the sound of this engine is awesome.
