It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

Every inch of this vehicle astounds, the command of power leaves onlookers struck dumb. The engine echos with the wining churn of an F1 car. It pushes through the streets hungry for open road, downshifting on a highway will give you goosebumps. If I could have one car forever it would be this car. I wouldn't trade this car for anything. My 4th Quattroporte (and 6th Maserati ) over the last 35 years. My 2015 (bought used) Q-Porte is by far the best I've ever owned. Rock solid reliable, fast and sexy sounding as only the Italians can do it. Normally you have to have a sense of humor to own Italian cars (FIAT-Fix It Again Tony) but in the case of the Quattroporte just buy one, you won't be sorry.

I have driven our 2006 GranSport for 3 years and about 10,000 miles. It's a fun car we use on weekends, track days and Maserati/Ferrari Club events. I really enjoy driving it! In general, I would say the maintenance and repair costs are similar to other 12 year old European high performance cars: during the past 3 years (10,000 miles) I have spent $1,000 for an alternator replacement, $1,200 for rear ball joint dust boots and rear toe rod adjuster replacements, $1,000 for 4 tires. There are occasional odd mechanical repairs that an experienced gear head can repair themselves (check out Maserati Life forum for tons of DIY fixes!) and occasional electrical bugs that are weird but can be fixed with patience. In summary, if you want a normal, quiet, boring car, look elsewhere... if you want a rare, fast, unique and aggressive car, this is it! P.S. the motor is built by Ferrari. It is strong and sounds spectacular. Search You Tube for other reviews.

I love this car.Way better than my Ghibli SQ4 ( Gran Sport) . This twin-turbo Engine provides +500 hp and when you change to Corsa Mode its easy to forget you're driving an SUV.
