We purchased a 2020 Levante Gransport at the end of 2020. Was extremely impressed with its aggressive body lines, handling and beautiful exhaust notes you wouldn't expect to hear from a V6. Negatives: you can see some of the FCA parts within the interior. Its a luxurious cabin for sure, however I would expect a step up with Maserati. There is no shortage of the famous trident logo inside and outside of vehicle and in a sea of BMWs, Audis, and Porsche models that are in this same category, the Maserati stands out. Plus its just cool as xxxx to say I own a Maserati. There is so much race and performance history with the brand. Maserati has done a really good job on their first step into SUVs.

It was very easy with them. I bought a Ford transit 250 from them, and when I saw that my odometer was not working, they quickly repaired it. Thank you.

The Service Manager, Patricia Doyle, went above and beyond to take care of the issues at hand and I couldn't be more pleased.

They did great on telling me my brakes were good, and that was just moisture rust making the noise.which most places would probably say I needed brakes to make sale.

This car is solid, quality built and a blast to drive. It is the sports beast you expect at the over 100k new price point. Do not waste your time on the base model unless that is all you can afford, otherwise spend a little extra on the “S”.

I recently purchased a late-model used car from Basil Toyota that I found while shopping online. I live in Rochester and liked the car enough to make the drive out to Lockport to check it out, along with my wife and mother-in-law. We were greeted by Rob Fraiser upon entering the showroom. Immediately, we were made to feel at home and at ease. He was straightforward and personable. I never felt any buying pressure, and he stressed that he wanted me to feel comfortable with the possible purchase. Questions were answered directly and honestly. When I inquired why this car was being offered with so little mileage, and the answer was in question, Rob immediately left to acquire an answer from his service manager. A test drive was set up, and not knowing the Lockport area, Rob suggested a route to take that would give me a 20-minute drive at different speeds and traffic situations to get 'a feel' of the car. A deposit was put down, and we met the following Saturday to complete the sale and take delivery. It was a very busy sales day for Basil. Even so, Rob made sure we were comfortable and informed during the waiting period to complete the purchase process. All questions and concerns were promptly and professionally answered. Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection.
